I want to know how many bookmarks/favorites I have (excluding folders), just pure favorite items but due to having multiple folders, It's hard to CTRL + A (select all shortcut) on each folder, add the numbers one by one to find out how many bookmarks/favorites I have. please add the number somewhere in here: edge://favorites/ everyone will benefit from it. also it helps to detect if any favorites are duplicated.SS11: Datahoarding Suggestions - Save PDF, Save Page, Save Images, One Drive, Web Archive, etc.

Various suggestions about download/save in easily way were already reported before. PRIORITY 7 15) backup history to onedrive 16) backup collections to onedrive 17) backup bookmarks to onedrive PRIORITY 8 18) for 15-17 remember to add safety folder, this means if i delete links or other, i still see it somewhere (= keep all versions!) 19) ability to backup setting of edge to onedrive 20) ability to save bookmarks page (or some folder) to webarchive in batch 21) same as 20 for selected links in history 22) same as 21 for whole tabs or windows. 23) ability to save a screenshot in onedrive with background process. 24) ability to save all submitted files to feedback center in my onedrive (in case we need it for other situation). this is not my case, because i use external cloud, but maybe for other users. 25) or integration of onedrive with feedback, instead of posting links 26) ability to play quickly videos from onedrive (without need to visit page/bookmarks). so something like shortcuts i wrote last time <od or via a button extension. maybe even add a random play mode and a remember what i watched last time, so that once i write <od oc you play last episode of occalifornia, from the exact position. instead if i write $$<od or something similar you play a random episode (check https://link.ws/edgess7) 27) ability to generate bookmarks from a onedrive folder. this mean if i have video 1-20 inside folder a, you create a folder a in bookmark with url 1-20 28) ability to save files offline, in netflix style, where you delete it after 5 days for example. so this is not about using the button "download". you save it inside a temporary edge folder. 29) drag drop from one drive to tab doesn't work 30) same if i drag photo from tab 1 to tab 2 and i release this in onedrive 31) if i select x file in onedrive, no option to choose "open in tabs" 32) check the drag drop option to onedrive web (no matter if i do it from collection, bookmarks, history) PS: generally all suggestions should implement both save to onedrive and save to mac option. same for save as pdf and export webpage. would be better if different thing can be done automatically in background and maybe with closed tabs (like saving pages to webarchive). would be cool if you can support save pdf/page from a logged account, so avoid to save as public webpage (because in such case we see "please login"... optionally we can integrate archive.is support, but at the end webarchive is the main used. to integrate 2 different services can maybe be complex for developers. i still think at least one should be available. I used to use old Opera and Chrome and I always lacked the ability to quickly view my bookmarks from the top, Later I discovered Cent Browser (a completely new project) also developed on the chromium engine. "Auto-Hide/show" the bookmarks bar. YES! This is cool! At the moment, I use it and this feature is very strongly saved with its minimalism chromium and interface - the very thing you need.I would hardly be able to convince you ,butMy personal opinion is that the slogan of any software product at the moment should be convenience.Сool feature! minus- Edge is a very good browser, but due to the fact that it also wants to focus on touch screens - it has a slightly-thick - wide interface .
Bookmarks not working
Hi there, I am trying to start using Bookmarks in my SharePoint search instead of promoted results but I have created bookmarks and published them and they do not show up when I search in SharePoint. They do seem to work when I search from my Office 365 home page. Hello team, Recently I encountered an issue of Bookmarks and Passwords synchronization across the devices. In past my work account was with Google and we were able to login to GChrome in both laptop and mobile devices. All the bookmarks and passwords synchronized seamlessly across the devices. Now the organization switched our accounts to MS O365 E1 licensed account (which is, of course, a great thing !!) and switch browser from GChrome to Chromium based MS Edge. The problem starts here. With my O365 E1 work office account, I am able to login in to the O365, Outlook and Edge. But the synchronization of book marks and password does not work !!. I suspect the issue is that O365 E1 accounts can access the Edge sign in but this type of account can not access the Microsoft sync servers (refer to the screenshot attached). This breaks the synchronization across the devices. Contrary to this sync across the devices works seamlessly with personal outlook.com accounts. I believe problem here is that O365 E1 work accounts can not access the Microsoft sync servers (and also Microsoft.com !!) while accounts opened directly in outlook.com can access all the services. Bookmarks and passwords synchronization across the devices is a very important feature for any working professional. I would like to request the team at Microsoft to allow O365 E1 accounts to access the Microsoft sync servers to enable bookmarks and passwords synchronization across the devices. Has any one have solution to this problem please let me know.SS27: smart switch setting and smart + button (for open new tab)
Suggestion (SS): 27 Classification: TAB - SETTING PRIORITY IN MY OPINION: 7 on a scale from 1 (low) to 10 (high) First add a quick way to switch between download / extension / bookmarks / history in the style of brave but maybe more compact Maybe add custom option too, so that i can add edge://settings/searchEngines?search=google to this list too, or edge://settings/downloads or ... or easy access to flags <<<<<<<<<<<< Second you should improve this mean if i click cmd, alt or ctrl you do specific things: example: open in incognito with ctrl and + open home page with alt show a list of top pages if i click cmd + (example pubmed, google images and ebay.ch). then i can choose which of these three. this is like having 4 different home webpages. or you can even add the way "if i click alt you open a new tab with the edge profile xxx" (even if i'm using yyy now). Or the same, but you show us the list of accounts (like i wrote in 3), so we can choose and we don't configure "open new tab in edge account xx with alt and +" here an example of what i mean, from czech devs. now i haven't checked all other browser. i just tried some random browser on my mac to see if someone integrate it, and the first random browser that i launched has this feature available (just a bit limited) <<<<< another option is to open a tab to the left if we click shift and + other example for smart +: open in new group open next to the current tab (but is better to integrate a whole option for this) open in new window duplicate all tabs from the current group you use to another group open a group of tabs at the same time (same like 3. but by using specific groups that we can configure). maybe without need to add a specific setting where we define the links, but just an option in bookmarks. so an option "add this folder in new tab smart group". then we can add 5-10 folders. reopen last closed tab <<<<< just another thing i noticed now seznam home button is cool, is not the classical home button like all other browser have.... PS: not important for me (at the end there is no improvement in my workflow), but maybe for someone else such smart features with cmd etc. can be applied to too, where you show us different websites (like i wrote in 3. ) <<<<<< NEW SUGGESTION: you can even add this smart button to so with ctrl (or other keys) and < we go back to the first page we opened (not only the previous). or you can use cmd < to go to the tab to the left and cmd > to go to the tab to the right.SS1: OneDrive integration with Edge
