Bug in Bookings: One-Time Password
I found a strange bug in Bookings. When I enabled the option "Require a one-time password to create bookings" under the menu "Business page access control" and the language is set to English or Spanish, prior to being able to make the booking a modal will open which asks for a validation code, just as excepted. However, when I switch the language to German, an error is shown which states that the booking is not possible. In both cases, the e-mail with the validation code is sent.
My shared Bookings page no longer shows services, staff, or calendar entries
In the last day or two, my shared Bookings page, if accessed from my Bookings account page, does not display any of the customizations, staff, services, or calendar appointments. If I login to Bookings, the shared page still appears, but it's reset to default somehow. BUT, if I click on the customer-facing link, it still brings up the correct page with the services listed, the correct calendar, and the ability to book. No idea what's going on, but I rely on that for scheduling appointments, so I need to figure it out quickly. Help?
User cannot access bookings because it redirects the user to /onboarding
We are experiencing an issue where a user has an existing public Bookings page. They logged in today and it tries to walk them through the new user tutorial. They complete the tutorial, and it provides an error message. Other users in our organization are working with no issue. We are on G3 Licensing.
Bookings can't sync properly with 365 tools
I've notice that Bookings is not sync properly in calendar having bugs among some users, if we do the event we receive the email but the event can't be visualized in calendar as created/cancelled by some costumers or some providers. So trying to solve this problem i've tried to do an connection with API using Power Automate, but the ID of the event in bookings it's deprecated and seems different compared to an Outlook event. Another bad ocasion its the case of when we schedule a meeting, the meeeting overlaps the existing one, even changing the settings to schedule only when free. I think bookings it's a powerful resource to create a bridge to B2C, but have so many errors.
Wrong date in all created appointments
When in Calendar view, if I click on an already created appointment to edit it, the start and end date of the appointment is always August 31, even if the appointment is set on a different date. This behavior started today, and it's happening in different browsers and operating systems.
