I have added the service and published the booking site, tested fine. Now I am going to email the users to inform this and tell them that they can only book from from a certain date and another date. So my question is simple, the booking site needs to be active now. But users can only book, i.e. from 01Jan2020 to 31Mar2020. How can I set a range for the dates that can be booked? Also I find the Booking didn't incorporate the public holidays. I now have to assign a staff to the service and then time off that staff on the public holidays. I need to do this for every assigned staff and for every service. Is that a better way do this? Thank youSolved19KViews0likes7CommentsHow to allow multiple time slots to be booked at once
So I am exploring the bookings, and setting the duration to 15 minutes and time increment to 15 minutes as well. How do I set to let a single customer book more than one duration at once? For example, would a user want to book from 9:15 am to 9:45 am (2x durations at once) or 9 am - 12 pm (multiple durations at a time), how to configure that? Also, is there anyway to add an approval function for admins before the booking is confirmed instead of auto confirmation? Thank you.18KViews0likes7CommentsHow can you easily see who done the booking from your calendar?
I am not able to see who did the booking from Outlook calendar and TEAMS calendar. I've to go to the booking page calendar, click on edit to know who did the booking. Alternative scroll through the email. Any advice?16KViews3likes12CommentsMicrosoft Booking Security Architecture
My customer is planning to use this Microsoft Booking and would like to know the following: What’s the architecture design of this service? How is confidentiality of store/registered information managed (i.e. Customer A should no be able to search or see Customer B booking information) Where are all the submitted information stored? (e.g. SharePoint site, mailbox, etc.) These are some of the question asked by security.14KViews6likes7CommentsIs there anyway to turn off email verification for Bookings
Is there anyway to turn off the email verification on public or private bookings? If someone were to open the booking link in their mobile email browser and not their desktop or normal mobile browser they’ll have no way of retrieving the code unless they happen to have all of their email notifications on and It pops up in time. seems like an unneeded step and I can’t find a way to remove It12KViews0likes9CommentsNot Blocking Timeslots
I have a simple booking set-up - I offer 5 services of different time lengths via one staff. Everything worked perfectly until this week - the booking calendar has stopped blocking off already scheduled time on the booking page. On the backend, I can see that there are bookings and which times should be unavailable, but the calendar is not reflecting that. Any suggestions on how to fix this?11KViews1like39CommentsMicrosoft Teams display for Surface Pro or iPad (Meeting information outside the meeting room)
Dear community, is there anything similar to meetio (https://www.meetio.com/) in the Microsoft Teams ecosystem? What I am trying to achieve is to put a display outside our meeting rooms (e.g. next to the door), and display an overview of upcoming appointments. It would also be great if one could book the corresponding room from this display. I think it would suffice if I could make Microsoft Teams display (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams-blog/introducing-microsoft-teams-displays/ba-p/1505437) on a table and mount it outside the meeting room. Basically, meetio works with Exchange, but that's another service and more money.11KViews0likes5CommentsHow to allow customers to book one or more timeslots at once?

We offer different services, where we want to book our staff, but we do this manually. So we don't want our customers to choose who they talk to. This option is disabled in our service, but still shows in one of our services. If I turn it on in our other service, it shows. When I turn it off, it doesn't show again. With another service, I repeat the same steps, but the option still shows when customers can place a booking in our calender. Is this a bug or can this be fixed elsewhere?8KViews0likes14Comments
