Within the last month Appointments created through the Graph API using Local Time and Local Timezone, have been showing as the UTC time, but still showing the Local Timezone. Using the Graph API the Appointment Start and End times were set in as local times with the local timezone. Until this last month, these appointments were created successfully and the bookings emails were also showing the correct times. But within the last month, the Times in the Bookings system and emails were showing as UTC. It seems like Microsoft pushed some update that caused times to be processed differently, the times submitted were treated as UTC times When did Microsoft push this update and where is the update post on it? Hi. Is there any way I can make choosing staff mandatory? We are using Booking so that our staff can reserve a card needed to use a local gym. I've added Card 1 and Card 2 as staff so that my colleagues can reserve the card at the preferred time. We've been integrating the Microsoft Bookings platform into some of our processes however we've run into a few issues along the way that seem to be simple features for a booking platform that should already be implemented. We can't search appointments by a customers name, the workaround that we've been using would be to download the excel TSV report to find a customers appointment that way. I am having trouble with the new version of bookings. I followed the new video step by step but still did not solve the issue. We need our staff to be bookable just on the 20th November from 07:45 to 13:30 in increments of 15 minutes. Hi! When a customer makes a new booking with me - they receive the first confirmation mail to let them know that the booking is sendt. Then directly after they get an email saying - meeting is ok and confirmed from the host. But I never confirmed the booking as an admin. What have I missed? I've run into some problems using 365 Booking: 1. I need to figure out a way to have people pay right away after they book with us. 2. I need people to receive a confirmation email after they book, but how can I customize the confirmation email so it confirms the number of people and the program they chose? 3. The next problem I've run into is that if anyone needs to change their booking for any reason (like adding people to the reservation) I need them to be sent a prompt to start a new booking. I am an admin for a Bookings calendar, but it was associated with a group licensed mailbox. I though am getting calendar notices added to my calendar, even though I am not selected as staff. I created a Booking System using List of Sharepoint, the requirments are as follow Booking Date: This is set to select the desire Date but not today Date or Past Date "I added the Enforce unique values and add the Column validation for it =[Booking Date]>TODAY() with the message to appear as "The date entered cannot be today or in the past." Booking Time: This is set as (Dropdown List) Morning: 07:00am-03:00pm Evening: 04:00pm -11:30pm All day: 07:00am- 11:30pm Now the requirement is If someone wanted to book Lets say on 31-12-2021 can able to book Morning and if someone/Same Person wanted to book on same day evening time can be done but the Uniqe Value of booking date is the issue, it dont allow double booking and if i removed this uniqe value then many ppl can book at same Day and time. And if someone click one All Day even then no one can book Morning and Evening. If anyone knows how please support, Validation or Java Script. Kindly provide the full details im new to this please.
