Unable to search for Booking Appointments by Customer
We've been integrating the Microsoft Bookings platform into some of our processes however we've run into a few issues along the way that seem to be simple features for a booking platform that should already be implemented. We can't search appointments by a customers name, the workaround that we've been using would be to download the excel TSV report to find a customers appointment that way. Is the just a functionality gap in the platform? Thanks!
Make choosing staff mandatory
Hi. Is there any way I can make choosing staff mandatory? We are using Booking so that our staff can reserve a card needed to use a local gym. I've added Card 1 and Card 2 as staff so that my colleagues can reserve the card at the preferred time. Is there anyone out there who can help me? 🙂
