First published on TECHNET on Aug 28, 2008 (cross posted from Announcement- Changes to daylight saving time in Morocco, earlier than later on September 1, 2008) We recently received news reports (via this link, in French) that the ministry for the Modernization of the public sector in Morocco issued a notice that the country has changed the end date to daylight saving time (DST, aka Summer Time, Heuer d'été) in the country.
