I have seen a few articles on this website, and I know it's not possible but I'm going to ask anyway. For reference this is what I'm referring to: It's more I find the little thing following me around on my screen to be annoying and distracting, I've managed to hide or disable anything related to copilot on my system except this little dingbat. When a new document is open you get a little message that says "Select the icon or press Alt + i to draft with copilot" It would be nice if I could hide that as well, yes copilot is a *feature*, and I don't care about it. I also want to hide the paste with copilot and just used the local paste options that were built into previous versions of word. I suspect that there is a copilot dingbat that is stored somewhere on my system, possibly in a font, and as I have already made a few detrimental modifications to my operating system registry, I'm not wary of messing up my computer any more than it could be. The only saving grace I have at the moment is there is an issue with my account, so any accidental triggering of the feature causes it to crap out. (So long as I don't accidentally press the 'fix account" button) I know that if it was easy to turn off there would be a button for it, I know Microsoft probably wants us to use this feature because it means more data for them to collect, an I'm disappointed in the loss of user agency that's resulted from this rollout, and there's a spike in animosity towards AI in general.Solved31KViews20likes35CommentsAgent not visible in M365 Copilot
I created an agent in M365, including its name, description, instructions, and required actions. The agent is properly tested in Copilot Studio and published, but it is not visible in the M365 Copilot agent list. Interestingly, one agent is visible while the other is not, and I am unable to determine the issue.7.1KViews0likes9CommentsCan your job/University see your copilot chatlogs?
As the title states can your job go in and see your prompts and conversations? I'm not talking about keylogging software, I'm asking if using the enterprise edition, if the job/university can log into copilot and has administrator access and can see your logs.3.7KViews0likes1Commentkeyboard enter key for "submit message" action stopped working in copilot
------------------------------------------------------------- status update: i undocked my laptop and tested and this issue didn't repro using undocked builtin laptop keyboard. then i redocked to my usb-c thunderbolt dell display [ pd + dp alt mode + usb 3.2 data ] where i have a usb dongle based desktop keyboard and now it's working. that said this issue still repros on my android 14 tablet with bluetooth paired keyboard. ------------------------------------------------------------- The use of keyboard enter key for "submit message" action stopped working in my windows x86 laptop and android arm tablet browsers when interacting with consumer copilot [ copilot.microsoft.com] web app following the major updates to its UI back around october 6th 2024. The same is not true for my windows arm laptop and for interactions on any device type with the enterprise copilot [ m365.cloud.microsoft/chat ] web app. Specifically on my dell inspiron 16" 7620 2-in-1 touchscreen x86 laptop device running windows 24h2 26100.2033 when i interact with consumer copilot [ copilot.microsoft.com ] using edge or chrome i now have to mouse click the "submit message" up arrow icon vs before when i could just hit they keyboard enter key. Same goes for my oneplus pad 2 arm tablet running current android 14 when i interact with consumer copilot using edge or chrome browser. This does not repro when i interact with the enterprise copilot [ m365.cloud.microsoft/shat ] and does not repro in windows sandbox browser sessions. It also doesn't repro over on microsoft surface 7 touchscreen arm laptop device running windows 24h2 26100.2152. I checked to ensure i have all the latest windows updates and windows insider release preview updates in place. I ensured microsoft store "microsoft copilot" app updates are in place, even through at this point it appears to really just be an edge > settings > install this site as an app solution. I did a complete reset of my edge and chrome personal profile browser settings. I also tried from InPrivate and Incognito browser sessions and no change. Having the keyboard enter key drive "submit message" action is a big part of a quality user experience with interacting with copilot web app. Having to take hands of keyboard, reach for mouse, navigate to and click the "submit message" up arrow icon is not at all optimal.3KViews1like5Comments1MB attachment limit for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Good morning, Copilot community! Referencing the Microsoft Answers post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/why-is-copilot-pro-not-allowing-files-larger-than/7ac70c22-d54f-4c21-a9e8-ce5261897b97, is there an update about if or when the 1MB file attachment limitation will be lifted for organizational Microsoft365 licensed users of Copilot? Thank you1.2KViews1like2CommentsThe types of files that can be created in Copilot Chat, Copilot in Word, and PowerPoint.
I would like to know the file types that Copilot can create in each app. The results of my test are as follows. Is this correct? Especially, I wonder whether the differences between Copilot Chat Web and Work are accurate. Additionally, can Copilot create any new file types? It would be great if I could have Microsoft Copilot Pro talk to and be able to query these few responses. 1. What are my important task that I am missing? 2. What task do I need to focus on in the next few days? 3. Look at this project/doc/sharepoint file and add additional task to my ToDo that isn't currently on my list.989Views3likes2CommentsWindows-based Copilot Pro ONLY crashing on loading larger Conversation, other platforms work.
Hi everyone, I'm writing this post with a bit of frustration. I spent quite a few hours waiting and speaking with the Copilot Microsoft Support live, however; they were unable to help after doing the routine fixes like rebooting, re-installing, Repair, and some cache cleaning (they called it a Backend issue) - then they said that here I would find the solution... which I found a little strange, but here goes. I am working on a software project and have been for the past few months, so there has been a lot of activity in the particular Conversation on Copilot, and as of a couple days ago after uploading a screenshot, it froze and had to be restarted - and any time I would try to load that particular Conversation, it would freeze. Its just that one Conversation on a Windows 11 Copilot Pro setup, every other Conversation works on the Windows setup, and on my other devices like my phone, Copilot has no issues at all, even with the Conversation that won't load on the Windows setup. The difficulty for me is that I am somewhat limited to using the Windows Copilot for functionality, so my phone is out, and the Web-based version doesn't load Conversations. This is a pure Copilot Pro setup, not much to do with 365. Please help, thanks in advance.599Views0likes3Comments
