We've deployed a number of Yealink MP56 headsets and cannot get Outlook contacts to sync. We've attempted just about everything to force a sync, but it appears as though the handsets only display contacts in the Speed Dial list from the desktop client. Has anyone come across a fix for this, or is it just a Teams bug? All, We have Teams call queues set up. An external caller dials the queue. One of four people in the queue answers the call on their Yealink MP56 or T55 phone. They then transfer the external caller by choosing a named user in Teams from the phones interface for searching Teams users. When the Teams user receiving the call answers...about 50% of the time, that user, and the original caller, cannot hear each other. The call shows as connected, but there is 'dead air'. Good Morning, I've got a client who uses Business Voice with Yealink phones, all working fine except when a user answers a call from the call queue if the main number is called while they are on the phone and they finish the current call they are unable to pickup the new call. The phone doesn't ring so they would need to pick the call up on another handset. Anyone else have any experience with Yealink ‘lag’ for users answering the phone? Our users upon answering the phone using either a USB MP50 soft phone or even a CAP MP54 seem to have an issue with a 3-5 second lag? Weve been looking into anything FW related but seems to be circulating around Yealinks being a problem? we’re also seeing a few issues with phones continually calling out or just randomly dropping? it’s a new migration we’ve undertaken in the last week and so far we seem to have got a lot in place and it’s working fairly well but the answering lag coupled with these random abandoned calls feels like something more than a teething issue. I’ve read a few similar things on here but would appreciate anyone’s thoughts on this for things we could try? I saw this lightweight calling experience too, what the heck does this actually do?! We are a small association spread thinly around the world. We have two Microsoft Teams Room devices in our Washington Office. One is a Poly Studio X30 and the other is a Yealink A30. In both cases, we have experienced a behavior - almost repeatable at will - where, if the X30 or A30 joins a scheduled meeting FIRST - no video is broadcast from the room. But if the X30 or A30 joins SECOND or later - then the video from the room is seen - no problems. Similarly - if someone calls the room directly via Teams - they will see whoever is in the room. However, if the room calls someone directly - or creates a "Meet Now" meeting and adds a user - they will not see the room. This is a terrible bug. I've opened a ticket via our M365 admin portal - but my hopes are not high for that avenue of service. Thoughts?528Views0likes3CommentsYealink T56a - loses expansion after latest update
Hello, Came in the other morning to notice the expansion add on (exp50) is not working on my Yealink T56a phone (also noticed that the main screen is different layout) After trying various thing carry out factory reset Once signed back in the expansion working again Over night it updated to the latest firmware again and the expansion stopped working again. Can you please check into this?
