Unable to boot Windows on laptop.
Hi, we are facing a problem on the laptop used to repair a Surface Hub v2 Image HD(WIndows Team). We followed these stepshttps://docs.microsoft.com/it-it/surface-hub/surface-hub-recovery-tool. After following the steps and created the brand new image, we booted the new HD on a laptop to check the integrity of the installation; During normal installation process a fatal error occured ("We are sorry, something went wrong"). Mounting the original HD to the laptopit no longer start windows OS. What we tried without success: Reinstalling Windows OS via DVD, Usb Boot (does not even start installation process) Reinstalling Bios Disable Secure Boot Restore Secure Boot Key to the factory Removing the Cmos battery Changing HD What we can do: Installing windows Vista installing Linux Ubuntu We don't know what else we can try to restore the laptop.
