Teams iOs
2 TopicsSeeing other users' status messages in Teams iOS
I've been unable to find a way to view other users' status messages in Teams on iOS (5.15.0 - the latest at the time of this post). I can definitely set my own status, so that's nice but I can't seem to click onto another user's profile and see their status anywhere. If I click their username at the top of a chat with them it takes me to the "Chat Details" but no status is displayed there. From chat details, I can click their name/title which takes me to a more detailed view of the user. From here, I can see name/title/whether or not they're online/email/office/etc. but still, not able to see any active status message that they've set. This is important for us as we may need that status message in order to understand why they may not be available (e.g. On vacation and coming back on a certain date, etc.). Is this a missing feature or am I just missing how to get to it?1.7KViews0likes0CommentsTeams drops call when connected to voicemail
When one of my users attempts to call anyone via the Teams app on iOS, and the person on the other end doesn't answer, the moment the call is transferred to voicemail, the user cannot leave a message as the call immediately disconnects. This is only happening to one user and only on iOS version of Teams.2.1KViews0likes2Comments
