Microsoft Teams Desktop Windows 10 Issues (Chat not refreshing and webcam freezing)
Hi, My teams account is enabled for multiple accounts and starting some weeks ago, I am encountering some issues in the Desktop version of Windows 10. Issue #1: Webcam freezing in other participants end. I see my image perfectly, but during the calls the other participants see me frozen (sometimes). IT HAPPENS ONLY IN TEAMS DESKTOP. Issue #2: Chat not refreshing when changing from account to account. I see the pop-up with the message notification, but when I go to the account, chat is not refreshed. I need to quit and re-enter. For the issues, I have already tried every action plan from similar posts: Clear cache, reinstall, check for driver update, buy new external camera, disable GPU, etc. etc... I honestly think it's a Microsoft Teams related issues since I started experiencing the issues some 2 months ago and before that everything worked exceptionally. Note that I am experiencing the issue mainly in Desktop app. Any suggestion? Thanks,
