Teams Call
8 TopicsCarPlay - Mute button on/off glyph ambiguous (can't determine if mute ON or OFF)
Unlike in the mobile, web or desktop Apps in the Teams Apple CarPlay the mute button always uses the same glyph (i.e. mic with stroke through it).. it just make it white or grey.. is white mute or is grey mute 🤷🏾:male_sign:. This makes it nearly impossible to determine conclusively if the mute is on or off. The other platforms change the glyph to a mic with stroke through it for muted to a mic with no stroke through it when unmuted meaning it's easy to tell if you are muted or not. VERY ANNOYING.. I often have to pick up my phone (illegal and dangerous) to see if I'm muted. Never remember if white or grey is muted since don't used in car everyday.1.7KViews2likes0CommentsSharing using mobile and computer calling
Hello. I'm having an issue in Teams when sharing the screen. I'm using my cell phone to chat and I put the share on my computer. It works in a few seconds and the share connection drops, but the call still works. I made some settings like Compatibility Mode, clear cache and reinstall. Could anyone help me with anything I can do to resolve this?1.3KViews0likes2CommentsHow to redirect calls in Teams if you are "busy on the phone"
Hi everybody, is there a possibility to set up the call forwarding in the Call Center feature to a way, that "busy" is considered "busy on the phone"(an agent actually talking to somebody) and not the status "busy in the agents calendar" for an event. This means the Agent has an calendar entry with the status "busy" but is actually free for phone calls, It's just that Teams is considering the Outlook event as a "busy" block?! Can this be circumvented somehow, so that Teams considers "busy" only "user is actually busy on the phone"? Best regards, Matthias9.9KViews1like3CommentsPSTN call transfers not working
Hello Teams Community, Please I need your help on this. we are having issues transferring incoming PSTN calls that come in through an Auto-attendant and Call queue and are answered by an employee and being transferred to an external PSTN number with the consultive transfer. The employee that answered the call on their Teams client gets an error that the transfer is not working, and after that they are left with 2 windows with the 2 seperate calls. They are not having this problem when transferring with internal users. We also own the SBC infrastructure, and we cannot see any error there. Transfers without consulting, cold transfers, are working. You could see this behavior at the call with the ID: 8ec345aa-7818-46a3-8172-8d875cf59eff1.5KViews0likes0CommentsPSTN call transfers not working

Has anyone experienced something like this? For some reason since earlier this week, in a direct video call (not meeting) some users do not see the video of the other party. To be more specific, they do not see the video in the main Teams window. However if you minimize teams or click on chat on the left, they can see the other party in the small video window. Meanwhile the other party can see you. If we add another user to the call, the video that wasn't showing, can now be seen. And in meetings, videos are working normally.. Tried clearing cache and reinstalling but no luck.Solved2.5KViews1like2CommentsInitiating a teams video call from an external application
My application has a video conference need. Currently I am using 3rd party library (like Dolby.io, Zoom, etc.,) to initiate a video call. I would like to initiate a video call using Teams from my web application. I am using Graph APIs with calendar - event and also tried Online Meeting (in cloud communications) but I get stuck with forbidden / bad request or something. Any one to help out on this?1.1KViews0likes0Comments
