Planner App no longer showing Private/To Do tasks or Flagged Emails
I noticed that the Planner App in Microsoft Teams is no longer showing Private/To Do tasks or Flagged emails. This is true in both the Teams Desktop client as well as Teams for the Web. However, they do appear in the Planner app within the Mobile Teams app. I am on targeted release and have attached my version information. I confirmed they are still showing up for a user that is not on targeted release...so I assume there is an issue with the newest version of Teams. Does anyone else notice this?
Tasks by Planner and To Do: How to tag team members on tasks for awareness but not for ownership
Hello all - I'll trying to figure out if it's possible to include team members on individual tasks in planner so that they can be aware of the progressing being made on key tasks rather than assigning them as responsible team members. For instance, in the example attached, I would like for Rohan to be the individual responsible for the task. However, I would like for Dave to receive updates as comments and changes are made to the task so that they can also be aware of progress. Appreciate any insights you may have. Thanks!
Tab with Planner deleted
I created a tab within a Team in Microsoft Teams and added several actions. (Tasks by Planner) Then I created a new tab using an existing plan for that team to try if I was able to duplicate it Then I erased it, and I got a message about completely deleting it and I said yes, but that action deleted the original plan as well. Now I have nothing. Can I recover it some how? is there a recycle bin for that?
Teams Task App hidden lists
Hi All, Why does Teams Tasks App only show me 3 lists? I find it extremely annoying and it's stopping me from using the App right now. It always just shows me the top 3 lists and then minimizes all the rest of my lists into a blue text that says 5 more lists. Is there a way to expand this so all my lists show up? in the menu since there is more than enough space in the desktop app to do so? Cheers Thomas
