SharePoint (Syntex/Automate) Processing Failed
We have a system setup where the user uploads a certificate to a library, it then uses power automate to move this to the relevant folder which works fine. Then Syntex works on extracting info from the certificate and populates the columns. For some reason, from today a new column is showing that says "Processing" and anything uploaded is showing as failed. The power automate process works fine but as soon as Syntex tries to extract info it says failed. Any suggestions on how this can be fixed? Thanks

Lookbook Contracts Site not provisioning
Trying to use the lookbook to work with Syntex. I have Syntex configured on the tenant and have created a content center but when trying to create the Contracts Site, I get the following error. Pre-requirements not fulfilled! The SharePoint Syntex Contract Managemant template is built on top of SharePoint Syntex and can only be installed if you as a user have a SharePoint Syntex license assigned. I can't get past this. Also, management is misspelled in the error - that's a whole other thing 🙂 Any idea what I'm missing?

Starting with Syntex - Hierachy Question
Hey everyone, i am currently trying to establish a contract management system in Sharepoint Syntex and I am a bit lost. We implemented Office 365 and still struggle with setting up the Sharepoint how we would like it. So I am the one person that is going to try to get "his part" done and then show how it would/could work. Now I am trying to use the Syntex to get the contracts and other documents somewhat sorted which leaves me at a dead end. The creating modules part is done and i think i got the kinda hang of it. What however is really confusing is the "document library" part in the Content Center. 1) Do i need to upload the files all in the content management area in order to use the models? e.g. I have a Teams User "Finance" who has a sharepoint library called "Finance" and a subfolder called "Invoices". I therefore want to give them a list of all documents that are filtered with the model (e.g. Invoices). So Syntex creates a library called "invoices" but can i also upload the files in the original subfolder from finance? Do i have the files twice then or does Syntex just extract the infos and "links" the files in the original folder? 2) List: When applying the models/syntex to the library can i create a "listing" that is only visible for the department? E.g. Finance only for finance, Purchase only for purchase? Thanks in advance

Information on syntex
Is there any documentation on SharePoint Syntex? I am trying to make a model to understand resumes nothing fancy yet just trying to figure out what it can do. I have not found any guidance as to syntax it is looking for or anything like that. I found some documentation here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/contentunderstanding/create-an-extractor?view=o365-worldwide but it is very sparse.
