Has anyone successfully embedded the Form Code within the body of an email so that the email "is" the form. This is in contrast to the usual method of inserting the Form URL into an email - which requires the reader of the email to click and load the Form. I hope this makes sense... at the moment we distribute Forms to Parents via email, including introductory text, salutation etc... then with a line asking them to "Click here to complete the Form" How can I achieve "the email is the form"142KViews9likes25CommentsIs Microsoft form require separate license? Can I share the survey link to my external users?
Hello, Is MS Form require any specific license? Also wanted to check if I can share the survey link to my external users (to only external user which I have allowed from my tenant). Thanks, Bhavin122KViews0likes6CommentsMultiple Choice answers with branching per answer
Hello, I am new to the MS Forms platform but so far find it to be user friendly. The challenge I am having now thought is determining if the system allows for branching per answer when the question is multiple choice? In the multiple choice question below, I would like to be able to indicate if the person selects "None" then they automatically move to the next question otherwise they can select multiple answers. Is there a way to do this within Forms? Thank you for your guidance.116KViews5likes38CommentsAllow form respondents to save and continue to fill the form later
My comment refers to this voting: https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/18447406-allow-form-respondents-to-save-and-continue-to-fil In our company we use sharepoint and MS 365 Business every day. MS Forms is very intuitive and esasy to handle, thats great! I made a long survey on sustainability topics to our members. Then I got feedback that in many cases more than one person in the adressed member companies have to work together according to their expertise... so they need the option to save the survey, send it to another colleague who can conitnue answering the question... Right now I have to look to alternative tools to fullfill this very important option. But I would prefer to continue my survey (where I already put more than one week of effort) in MS Forms. Is there already any timeline, when Mircrosoft will implement this function? Best regards from Germany Matthias103KViews16likes53CommentsWhat happens when Forms owner leaves the company?
Hi, One of the MS Forms Survey owner is going to leave the company but that survey is active i.e. people are updating the survey using Collaborate link. So in this case, what is going to happen? Will this survey be totally lost since the owner of the survey will not be available anymore? -Prashant.Solved74KViews1like22CommentsMicrosoft forms auto-fill suggestion
Hello! I am currently working on a project where I require people to fill out forms but with exact spelling of names (that might not be theirs). Because the organization has nearly 400 members, I cannot just do a drop-down or check-box item on a form. I am curious if there is any way I can have Microsoft forms suggest / auto-fill the name section of the form once they start typing a name, much like Outlook will autocomplete for emails / contacts? Any help is much appreciated, thank you! - BrianSolved68KViews0likes5Comments
