I recently printed some leaflets with the QR code and URL to my forms and had 40+ responses. I had made some minor changes to the form and the outcome of the blue when you scan the form you get an error message that read "the form does now exist".... The thing is ,it does exist. It's not in the deleted bin it's active, it's just upon further exploration I can see the QR code and URL has changed. I have been using the tick box that says make URL shorter...could it be that? Does this change the URL and QR Code every time you press it?5Views0likes0CommentsUnable to upload .msg files via forms

I created a survey for our organization and set the deadline for responses to be yesterday. I logged on today to check the responses and the form has disappeared! Does access to the back-end of the form (data) disappear after the end date? I didn't realize this. Is there any way to recover the form and/or the data?3.4KViews0likes4CommentsHow to reveal anonymous submissions in Microsoft Forms
Hi all, I'm relatively new to using Microsoft Forms, and I did not know that the default setting for MS Forms submissions was to show user feedback as "anonymous." My form is a simple yes or no one question form, and I would like to know who responded. I've seen that the solution is to only allow responses within your organization. But is there any way to view who the anonymous user was after the fact so I don't have to ask people to resubmit their responses? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am currently creating a form for my research work. When I enter my email address in the subtitle field after the title, it is not being recognized as a clickable link. I have noticed that other email addresses from my institute are correctly recognized as clickable links, but mine is not. I have ensured that the email is correctly formatted and manually typed it to avoid any hidden formatting issues. I have also tried clearing any formatting, using different browsers, and even recreating the form, but the issue persists. Other email addresses from the same domain are recognized without any problems. I am using the same email address for creating the form as well. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as it is crucial for my research work. Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your prompt response.Solved897Views0likes5Comments
