Add a Blur tool to the Snip & Sketch
There are many times when we need to take a screenshot and show it to someone but it contains other info, sensitive or personal, so we have to draw on them with colors and it makes it look ugly. please add a blur tool so we can be able to blur those details. also be able to change the thickness of blur tool. When setting a 3-seconds or 10-seconds Timer in Snip & Sketch to take a screenshot, as long as the timer is running, everything is frozen and nothing is clickable. this is obviously a bug/problem because the whole point of that timer is to give user time to reproduce whatever they wanted to do and get it ready for a screenshot, and now this functionality is broken. Snip & Sketch won't launch using PrntScrn when the active window's focus is on a program running with Admin rights so for example when working with registry editor, task manger and things like that, pressing Print Screen button to launch Snip & sketch doesn't work. I have to first click on desktop to be able to launch the app. I'm using windows 10 insider fast ring build 19546 p.s Windows logo key + Shift + S works in all occasions instead. please try to reproduce the problem, upvote and also add your details to this feedback, thanks in advance https://aka.ms/AA71pdk
