Signing up to free teams I get this message Sign in to Teams Looks like you already have an account. Sign in to open Microsoft Teams. but when I sign in with that account I get a message that You're not on Teams yet, but you can set it up for your organization. I cannot access web client or desktop client. What can I do? Thank you!
