Hello together, In the Auto Attendant in Teams, there is an option called "menu option" that allows you to create different dial keys for various actions like forwarding, etc. Is there a report that shows which dial keys the user pressed in the selection menu? While Microsoft offers a range of ready-made reports, as mentioned in the link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/aa-cq-cqd-historical-reports), these reports primarily indicate the usage of the menu but do not provide information on the specific number selected by users.1KViews0likes1CommentMS Teams Live Event Attendee report - space before name

Hi! I am trying to assist an EDU client of mine with a unique use case. For grant purposes they have a couple courses where they need to be able to pull reporting to reflect the IP addresses of the participants in their meetings. The client is shifting to 100% Teams, eliminating some of the shadow activities with Zoom. Zoom can currently meet this use case for them, so we are trying to help them identify comparable options in Teams to support the full transition. Is anyone aware of any reporting options either in the meeting or via admin portal that can include the IP information for the participants in addition to the standard meeting attendance reports?16KViews1like4CommentsReport on Application usage in Teams

I'd like to find out which meetings got recorded or at least how many meetings got recorded. And the second thing I'm pretty interested is who, or at least how many users are using the videocall feature within Teams instead of audio only. Is it possible to find that out via the analytics & reporting feature or call quality dashboard? Thank you very much!1.7KViews0likes4CommentsReport for Videoconferencing quality
We have a couple of problems when using the videoconferencing features within Teams. Are there any logs, or reports to take a look what caused a specific problematic videocall? I know that there are the network testing companion tool and other stuff but I want to keep a close eye on this case in particular. Thanks in advance.1.3KViews0likes3CommentsExporting Meeting Call History to CSV/Excel
Is it possible to get a dump of the data from Users\username\call history for a specific meeting and export it to CVS, for example? The data must be there somewhere, but how can I get at this? Via Power Shell maybe? On the page where it shows the breakdown of the meeting detials it displays: Session start time Participant Session type Duration Audio Quality but there is no way to export this on the page it seems.26KViews0likes3Comments
