Hi Community One of the customer has the below things: Current environment: Lync 2013 Exchange 2013 UM is currently hosted with Exchange 2013 Plan: To move Lync 2013 to Teams To move Exchange 2013 to Exchange online and use Cloud voice mail. Questions: How to plan this migration? We know that Lync 2013 to be built as Hybrid with Skype for Business online tenant Then, move it from SfBO to Teams. Exchange 2013 to be built as Hybrid with Exchange online Set up Cloud Voice mail for Online users. Is there any order to ensure that production will not be impacted?
