Need to append Excel data from daily email attachment into a single Excel sheet in Sharepoint
Each morning, I receive an email with an Excel attachment that includes our sales data for the previous day. There is only 1 tab. The email always has the same number of columns, with headers, but there are a dynamic number of rows. I manually open the Excel attachment, and copy all of the data - excluding the header row - and then paste those results into an Excel sheet in Sharepoint. This provides me a running total for historical reporting. How can I go about automating this process so when the email is received, the data within the attachment is automatically appended to the central sheet in Sharepoint? Thanks for your time!
Mass update URLs in Quick Link webparts
Hi All, I used Power Apps to copy one site into a new duplicated subsite but all of the URLs I have in quick links still point back to the original site. Is there a way using Power Apps / Power Automate / Other to bulk update URL x with URL y? or even better find string "abc" across all the quick links in my site and replace it with string "xyz". Really trying to avoid updating ~1000 quick link URLs webpart by webpart. Thanks in advance!
Power Automate - Approval Flow getting stuck in Limbo
Hello everyone, I'm currently using power automate's, what I can only describe as, "an out of the box" approval flow (its the option you get when in the modern view of a SharePoint site). Problem is, recently the flow itself has started breaking in that, I get notified of the approval request (a site page edit) I click on the view page link to see review the change and actually approve or reject the page, all I can see is an empty panel telling me that I don't have any approvals: Looking at the power automate's history, I can see that I now have 10 or so pages to be approved and the flow for them has been running for days... Any thoughts on what might be happening? There's no 'Fail' or breakages per se, it just seems to be stuck so I can't really tell what might be happening and I'm wondering if anybody here has dealt with a similar situation?How do I get PowerAutomate Flow to send email to the person who entered the item in SharePoint
I have been able to get the PowerAutomate Flow to send me an email when a new item is entered in a SharePoint list. I need to get the PowerAutomate Flow to send an email to the person who entered the new item. When I use Powerautomate tomove MicrosoftListsitemsto another list the manual entry in a multiple choice column does not copy over. Scenario: I have a request list with several fields. Once the request is approved it gets copied over to another list. There is a choice column (checkboxes that also allows "specify your own value'). The specify your own value does not copy into it's corresponding column in the second list. It only copies the set choices. the column in the second list is exactly the same.
