I'm looking for a way to disable/remove the Export to Excel/Power Apps/Flow buttons from a Sharepoint online list, this is so users with read only permissions are not able to access those features. Even removing the Ribbon altogether for read only users would be a solution, switching to the Classic view removes the PowerApps and Flow buttons but users are still able to Export to Excel, any help would be appreciated.2.4KViews0likes1CommentRemote Event Receiver Item Added Event not firing after adding item using PowerApps
I have created Remote Event Receiver Item Added and Item Updated Event. It is working absolutely fine when I add/update list item manually. But I am trying to add list item using PowerApps, it is not firing event receiver. Do you have any idea about this type of issue .1.3KViews0likes0CommentsSecurity on PowerApps Field
Hi We have a very simple PowerApps form. On two of the fields we have controlled who can edit these by adding a "DisplayMode" formula as If(User().Email = "xxx@xxxx.co.uk", Edit, View) This works fine and the fields are only editable by the person logging on with that email address. However we have another field that is drop down and has a number of options eg option 1, option 2, option 3. We just want "option 3" available to certain people ie those that logon with xxx@xxx.co.uk Anyone any idea how to do this? Hi everyone, Like a lot of people who are reading this, we have been using SharePoint Designer (SPD) for several years to do a myriad of little things: Email reminders Copying documents from library to another if it meets a certain condition Copying list items from one library to another if it meets a certain condition Looping workflows Setting list/library column fields to a certain value While I'm committed to learning Flow better, and I realize that Microsoft is working every day to make Flow do more things that SPD has done in the past, I have one overwhelming problem in our Office 365 tenant. That's the hard limit of 4500 Flows per month. Since it's coming up to Black Friday, I have been getting a number of requests from people wanting me to buy things. Like online training, and at big, bargain prices. Anyway, I was talking with a lovely non-bot Samantha (I asked her if she was a real person, and she said yes), about their training offers, describing my issue with Flow. She said that PowerApps can actually do a number of these types of operations without using Flow. My first question is, anyone have any experience with PowerApps doing some of the tasks I listed? My second question, does anyone have any recommendations for training groups that are of good quality, offering online solutions at a reasonable price?Solved1.5KViews0likes3CommentsSharePoint Patterns & Practices - General SP Dev SIG recording - 17th of May 2018
