How to disable/remove the Export to Excel/Power Apps/Flow buttons from a Sharepoint online list

I'm looking for a way to disable/remove the Export to Excel/Power Apps/Flow buttons from a Sharepoint online list, this is so users with read only permissions are not able to access those features. Even removing the Ribbon altogether for read only users would be a solution, switching to the Classic view removes the PowerApps and Flow buttons but users are still able to Export to Excel, any help would be appreciated.
