Hey guys, Has anyone managed to use power automate to pull data from Microsoft Bookings into a SharePoint list, to keep a record of things like attendance? Specifically I'm interested for group bookings, as the automate trigger for a new booking seems to only work with the first person booked onto a group session. Additional people booked on would use the updated booking trigger but I don't know how to separate the new data from data that may have already been pulled over. Is there any way to obtain the cancellation reason of a booking with power automate? Cancel Reason should be accessible via AppointmentData according to the documentation:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/microsoftbookings/#when-an-appointment-is-cancelled However, this is not the case. I've tried cancelling bookings via the app and the actual bookings page but this field is not present on the output of the trigger. Any help with this would be great. I am working on developing an N:1 bookings page where several people are able to register for the same time slot. We ask several custom questions and the end goal is to use the Power Automate connector to extract that data, put it into an Excel sheet, and import into our CRM. I am tried several different methods to extract the custom question answers without success. Hi there I am fairly new to PowerAutomate, but have a couple up to work with MS Bookings; one to add a row when an [group] appointment is created, and one to add a row when an [group] appointment is updated (in Excel). However, the "update an appointment" adds all the people in to the list again who are in already in the appointment, not just adding the extra person on the end who has added themselves to the group booking. Good evening Let me start by explaining our use case, we use Microsoft Bookings as an exam booking utility. This would be 1:1 bookings. It is a requirement to keep the examiners identity hidden until the exam day due to bribery and corruption purposes. We have found a workaround for this by renaming the staff to the appropriate Team for example TEAM A Examiner and TEAM B Examiner, although the workaround works it is very difficult to keep on top of the scheduling. In the "Old" version of Bookings you could see the initials on the calendar which made it easier but not perfect on the "New" the calendar it doesn't pull through the initials correctly at all. Is there anything we can do to make sure the examiners names are not visible to booking candidates? Secondly we have also notice that intermittently the Teams link places the "examiner" and "candidate" into different Teams rooms this especially seems to be a case when the exam is rescheduled to a different day. This causes extra work to make sure that both parties are in the same room. The result of this is that some candidates end up failing their exam by default (did not Attend) through no fault of their own this can cause reputational damage and further costs incurred by the candidate. We have been able to replicate this on occasion but it is intermittent. Thirdly I am very pleased that Microsoft have started to integrate Power Automate to Microsoft Bookings we have a set up currently that the once a Service (Exam) is booked we use the extracted data to populate a dataverse table for power apps, Is there any timescale as to when further power automate functionality will be implemented in particular the use of Custom Questions in Microsoft bookings we currently use them, the candidate is required to complete all questions including a field for a unique ID number. We then use this to validate an Exam and to ensure that the link has not just been forwarded from one candidate to the next. Hi all, For my current position I use MS Bookings to have customers book appointments for training dates. I then use Automate to register this information to a SP list. I used to use a workaround, but since the Bookings connector was released it seems to not contain all the necessary information it used to before. Using the new connector i get the following error message I've seen others post as well, but haven't seen a resolution yet. Staff not part of the booking mailbox. I am however the sole owner of the bookings calendar as well as the admin on the Automate flow. Have tested this a few times now for sanity sake. I am writing entries to a SharePoint list using the MS Booking 'ID' field as primary key via Power Automate. When using the 'when an appointment is updated' trigger to update items in the list per changes to the appointment in Bookings, it is impossible to match the item being updated to the entry in SharePoint because the IDs do not match - 'when an appointment is updated' generates a new ID with every call.SelfServiceAppointmentId does not have this problem but we do not use the self service booking option and cannot due to our workflow requirements. Is this by design? Shouldn't there be a persistent ID associatedwith the bookings made in calendar/backend? We are trying to connect MS bookings with Data-verse using Bookings Connector in Power Automate. But the custom fields' responses stored as array in 'Additional Info' is showing blank in the trigger (Create an appointment) output. Hi, I've been using the MS Bookings connectors in Power Automate. I am able to extract all relevant information in 1 to N types of bookings, but in the 1 to 1 bookings, the answers to custom fields are not being sent to the Power Automate flow. It is missing in the json input, so it is not sent from MS Bookings itself. Hi All, I'm a basic Power Automate user so looking for some help. I can see Bookings now works with Power Automate. Is there a way to create a power Automate to Update a staff training tracker (Excel Spreadsheet) once a course has been completed - or even when a booking is made. I have similar Power Automates running with MS Forms, so when a form response is entered, it updates a line on a spreadsheet. I'm using this for course feedback, NPS stats etc. I'd like to use this same approach to limit the admin work of keeping training trackers updated. Even if it updates the spreadsheet on booking, it will be less time to just delete the attendee that maybe couldn't make the booking - rather than updating it each day with attendance for multiple bookings. The TSV file you can get out seems annoying, isn't intuitive and I have to convert in order to see it in Excel. Seems odd that there isn't just an easy Excel export - Longer than 120 days!
