Customizing Employee Ideas App in MS Teams
I have installed the Employee Ideas App in Teams. However, I need to customize it with the following requirement: Employee can only view their own posted Ideas not, anyone else's. If the above is not possible, then except the own Idea, rest of all the Ideas should not show the name of who posted it? Need to have an approval Flow, Like: Once anyone submit the Idea, it should go to the reporting manager for approval. Once it is approved by the reporting manager, next approval should go to the Innovation Committee team for an approval. Once they approved, it should be visible in the App. Let me know if this is doable or not? If yes, how do we do it? any article for the same or if some steps can be followed in details. Thanks,

Sharepoint List Power Automate flow for Approvals
Good morning, If this is in the wrong place please let me know and I apologize in advanced. I am relatively new to power automate and have used the basic sharepoint functionality prior. I have a sharepoint list which shows a status, course and various approver columns. I want the project manager to be able to add a new sharepoint item and select the all the approvers for each step. An email is then generated to the first individual stating an action is waiting to be completed etc. When the first approver finishes their task, I want them to come back in and approve/complete. When that action is completed, the next approver is automatically notified an action is waiting. They complete their action and when they mark complete it notifies the next approver, so on and so forth. I've been searching around and I cannot really figure out how to set this up properly. Can anyone provide some insight or point me into the direction I need to go?

Can't access a page PromotedState via powerautomate
Hi everyone! I've created a flow to manage the approval of pages. I want it to auto-approve when it is a news page(PromotedState=2) But I just cant figure out how I can access this field in a flow. I've read this - https://collab365.com/using-flow-sharepoint-news-notifications/ But in my flow there is no PromotedState available.... Thanks 🙂

I'm working on power automate and i have some approval actions with custom response in my flow. We can approve these tasks from email and teams. I want to approve these tasks using spfx. I have following question. Can we get pending approval task and approve from spfx? If yes how? Please help or send me any link related this question. Thanks in advance
