Export to Excel - wrong and shortened titles
Hi all, we want to get rid of other polling tools and recommend Forms for broader usage. We now had a "Likert" poll that caused the Excel export to be unusable. The questions were not in the same order as they were in the Form (deleted the Excel from Onedrive and let it recreate did not solve this) Also some titles were shortened like: Likert topic: Share your event feedback (e.g. how was the food, the beverages and so on) Food: Great, Ok, i was hungry But in the excel export the title of this row was: Share your event feedback (e.g. how was the food, the beverages and soFormsID4 So it was impossible to see what statement was answered to. We'd like to set up a survey that before each morning meeting checked the mood of everyone in the meeting. Ideally this would be an automated survey that is triggered every morning and the graphical result posted either on the team SharePoint or in the Teams channel. However, after much searching and fiddling with Forms and Flow (and other obscure ideas) I have not succeeded in making a Form reset every morning and to automatically display the result. The "closest" I have managed is to use the Forms bot in the Teams channel to manually create the poll every time. But the downside is that it's manual and it disappears from the view when people chat in the channel. Does anyone have any thoughts on how this could be possible? If possible at all?
Problems sharing results
Hi! I need to share the results of a Microsoft Forms survey, and the Summary link doesn't include the written answers to one of my questions. As you can see, I have 25 written responses that I’d like to share along with the graphs, but those answers are missing: Additionally, is there a way to customize the appearance of the shared responses? Quick Poll Not Working in GCC
I am creating a new Quick Poll described in this article. When my recipients try to vote on the poll from within the message using Outlook Web App they are getting a message "The remote endpoint returned an error (HTTP 403). Please try again later." When using the link embedded in the message instead of the built-in voting tools it works fine. Important to note that this is happening in our Government tenant and not happening in my commercial developer's account.
NPS question on MS Forms (branching division)
Hi all, As regards to the NPS question; does anyone know of a way to segment the response into differing text boxes. For example, if a user responses to options 1-6 goes to one new text/box instance, 7-8 another and so on? Thank you all for your helpful responses 🙂 ** Can anyone please help with this? **
