- Creating Specific Pivot Table formatHi, I have a database collecting all my production data from a factory, and I would like to produce a pivot table that mimics my production report - to make things more efficient I've tried many approaches but I am no expert in Pivots, therefore got stuck. Link to the sheet with the Data and Desired outcome can be found below, any help would be hugely appreciated !! Note: I am filling the data in a way where my production is recorded on 1 line and then all my consumables are on the lines below, with the some data repeated for pivot to pick up. You might find this incorrect and I could change the data capturing method based on any suggestions here. Thanks in advance Luka https://www.dropbox.com/s/cpfyuiqsv7gxp6p/test.xlsx?dl=0Solved900Views0likes1Comment
- PivotTable - Calculated Field SubtotalI inserted in a calculated field into a pivot table that multiplies 2 values (this field is titled "sum of Prod Routing Hrs" in the table (see screenshot) and the automatic subtotal on the date (in the row field) will also multiply the values instead of sum them like it does for the other values. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I have also included a screenshot of the calculated field.2KViews0likes1Comment
- Return Data from Privot table according to sums.Hello Wizards, I need to get data form a pivot table according to the sum values in the table. I have a table that has each store's name, address, zip, etc on the vertical left of the table with the months across the top. The table measure sum of sales per product per store by month. I need to find all stores that have sold within specific months. I have tried GETPIVOTDATA, but it seems to only be able to return the sum of sales of specific stores rather than the stores with specific sales. I also need to be able to adjust the month of sales it is looking at. Right now, I am using an ISBLANK function referencing the latest month and building a separate table from that. However, I can't adjust the dates with the current set up2.2KViews0likes7Comments
- Pivot tables - multiple selections for same fieldsHi I have a monthly sales report that shows YTD 2019 and Totals for 2018/2017/2016 by default; i.e. months 1 to 12 are all selected. I'd like to insert another column that shows YTD 2018 but keep the Totals in place. Obviously if you change the months selected then all of the previous years revert to showing YTD. Could anyone help me in how to do this please?792Views0likes0Comments
- Pivot tables connectedHello, I created two pivot tables in different worksheets of a same workbook, but I am facing some problems when I try to group or ungroup only one of them. Because both tables have time as lines, whenever I try to group the days into months in one pivot table, the other one gets automatically grouped, which is a problem for the graphing results I am showing. How can I have the freedom of grouping and ungrouping one pivot table without altering the other one? Thank you1.9KViews0likes5Comments
- Problem with Pivot tablesHello, I am facing a problem with data arrangement in a pivot table. When configuring my data base table, the lines are composed of 3 products, while the columns contain information about number, cost etc. One column contains the month, and I have to repeat each month 3 times down to include the 3 products each month. Some other columns involve numbers that are not related to a specific product and therefore I just equally repeat the number 3 times. In the pivot table (which is set to present the months as lines), the sum of this repetition gives me the obvious result of a x3 multiplication, however I would like to receive only the number itself, but without setting the results to “count”, “maximum” or “minimum”, because I want the final line in the pivot table to give me the sum for all months. Prints are attached to this description. Thank you so much Gabriel2.8KViews0likes6Comments
