Can't Save or download Photo from Teams to iPhone Photos
If I open the share options in Teams for a jpg photo, it does not show an option to "Save" the photo. I need to save it to my iOS Photos, but cannot. Any help greatly appreciated! I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, running the latest iOS 13 software and the most up to date Teams app.[Done] Add a "Search by voice" option in the new tab page
There needs to be an option in the new tab page in Edge to initiate a web search using voice and picture (reverse image search), instead of having to go to the Bing and then click on the microphone icon, Or going to Bing images and doing the reverse search.
Hyperlink/Picture Column suddenly breaks external images in Gallery/Card Designer
We use a Flow with an API connection to grab image links from an external vendor and populate that data to the Hyperlink or Picture column of a SharePoint list. We then add JSON formatting to display the image links in a Gallery view. The Hyperlink or Picture Column is set to display as Picture. The external images still display fine in the list item view, just not the Gallery/Card view. This was working fine for several months, but something seems to have changed over the last weekend, causing externally linked images in Picture/Hyperlink Columns to break. I setup a simple test list to display this behavior using a public domain image. Hello. I'm aware there're many threads about SharePoint user profile pictures not showing in different ways. We've been facing an issue which I couldn't find a solution nor fix it myself. We're using Exchange Online and set user profile photos with a scheduled PowerShell script via Set-UserPhoto. This works as intended and the photo is showing everywhere, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Delve etc. The only place where it doesn't show is in the SharePoint user profile service's user profile. You know, the /_layouts/15/tenantprofileadmin/ProfAdminEdit.aspx in the SharePoint admin center. The mysite collection where these pictures are supposed to be hosted contain the LThumb, MThumb and SThumb thumbnail placeholders but not the actual photos. As far as I understand the logic is that when using EXO a user has to browse his Delve profile page which will trigger a sync to the SharePoint user profile - not so for us. I've experimented with the two settings that should have an effect on this sync mechanism: - SPS-PictureExchangeSyncState - SPS-PicturePlaceholderState As far as I interpret those settings SPS-PictureExchangeSyncState means that unless this is enabled not photos can be pulled from EXO and an admin has to manually upload a photo in the user profile service. SPS-PicturePlaceholderState I think indicates whether or not a picture has been set if it's 0 and set if it's 1 but I'm not sure if it's the other way around. Anyway, apart from manually setting the picture here it's not pulling from EXO. If anyone knows anything I'd appreciate your comments. I'm trying this on Edge Version 89.0.722.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) I use Smart Copy to capture a part of a web page, then I paste it into Notepad and I get meta data like texts. then without copying anything else to the clipboard, I open up Paint 3D and do another paste there, this time I get the picture of that part of the web page I captured using Smart Copy! how is this even possible? 1 copy task and 2 different outputs? when I use Smart Copy and then press Win + V to view the clipboard, I only see text, not picture, but after pressing Ctrl + V in Paint 3D i get the picture and after pressing Ctrl + V in Notepad I get text. I know that such suggestions can be reached (or at least in some parts) via scripts, extensions, terminal or macapps and are not the main focus of browsers. Said that, if you are interested read the post, otherwise skip it. I give you simply ideas, and such ideas are really hoarding focused. I know that this is maybe not legal for all websites too. those are just ideas. First we start with a feature that i never discovered before and after trying it i discovered in opera for mac we need to use option. i tried on edge and is not supported 2) i already talked about overlay button with both integration to mac or to onedrive as destination, or save to different folders in right menu, or drag drop download, or other https://link.ws/edgedatahoarder. another option would be to add a download button below each video and photo, no matter where. 3) about a smart select feature i already reported you before. Implemented on datahoarding activities means select 20 links and download all pdf at the same time (or other files). 4) a feature to detect images, document, movies, pdf in the site and download all that at once, or download only pdf for example. On our SharePoint tenant, SharePoint has stopped showing the photos that are in Picture Libraries. This is across all of our SharePoints and applies only to the images in a Picture Library as far as I can tell. Page banners, site icons, images in Pages all still display just fine. This is in any browser: Chrome, IE, Edge.
