For many years, client apps have used Basic Authentication to connect to servers, services and endpoints. It is enabled by default on most servers and services and it’s super simple to set up. Today we are announcing thedeprecation ofthe Outlook REST API betaandOutlook REST API v2.0and that they will be decommissioned on November 30, 2022. Once past this date, the services will be retired, and developers may no longer access them.
