Help - Migrating Emails from Outlook Web to Outlook Desktop | Two Different Domains
I have two business email addresses I would like to consolidate into one. The "old" email address is only accessible via Outlook on the Web. The "new" email address is only accessible via Outlook on my desktop. Is there a way I can export all of my emails and subfolders from my old email address (outlook on the web) and export them into my new email address (outlook on my desktop)? From what I can see, there isn't a File>Import/Export option on the Outlook web interface. I have already set up mail forwarding for future emails. Really would like to fully migrate to the new email address inbox without having to hop back to the old email address inbox to reference something. Thanks in advance! Ryan
Sharepoint access requests in Outlook
Hello, Since a couple of weeks, we are facing a weird issue in the Outlook client. Some of our users can't approve SharePoint access requests in Outlook anymore. Whenever they press "Approve" or "Decline" the following error message is displayed: In the past we also received this message: We already tried the following: - Update Outlook client version (2202->2208->2212) all share same behavior - Recreate Outlook profile - Test in Outlook Web (no issue here) - Sign in on a different client with affected account (no issue here) Maybe somebody has an idea? How can I export Outlook 365 Global Address List
What are the options to export the Global Address List. I have followed the export examples several times selecting the file type, the GAL and the resulting CSV file is empty. I can export my contacts, however, they do not include many recent emails accounts which were corresponded to.
Outlook emails arriving in Outlook app but don't appear when I sign in online?
Sorry if this is really obvious but I seem to have hit a stumbling block with setting up Microsoft 365. I'm currently accessing all my emails through the app but I got 365 so that I could access them on multiple devices which I cannot seem to do and I can't figure out why. I sign into my online account and no emails are appearing - the inbox is empty which is impossible as I have lots of emails with clients through my app. Does anyone know why my emails are showing in one and not the other? It's the same inbox so surely should have the same emails in each right?
I can't access all my Modern Sharepoint Sites and docs for attachment or Linking from Outlook365
Question for everyone - I am new to using this so not sure if I am doing it right - I just posted this on the wrong conversation. we just joined the Sharepoint world. We have modern Sharepoint but can't seem to get anything other than Recent documents and Recent Links to attach from Outlook. Our developers are helpful but only workaround so far addresses accesing our Teams sites through Groups but accessing the doc libraries in our comm sites are all dependent on having used the file. Is there anything other than a 3rd party add in for a complete solutions?
Clear a single category using Quick Steps
Hi, When I receive an email, several categories are assigned using Rules. When an email is done I move it to reference folder using Quick Steps. Question: How do I remove a single category (two or three categories) assigned to an email (and leave rest of them) using Quick Steps? Now it is possible to clear all categories. Thank you for hints.
