5 TopicsClosing and scoring OKRs
Hi Viva Goals community, I have a question related to closing and scoring OKRs. When I go to close an Objective (blue bullseye icon) or Key Result (purple speedometer), I am given the option to adjust the score if desired. However, when I go to close an Initiative (green calendar), the Close dialogue box does not have the Score line that allows me to adjust the score - I am forced to take the score that is auto-calculated by Viva Goals. 1) Can people confirm that this is the case for them as well? 2) If this is indeed the case, can anyone from Microsoft or otherwise help me understand why the score adjustment feature is not available on Initiatives? 3) Is there any plan to change this for Initiatives in the future? It would be great if we could query Viva Goals data using Power BI. This would enable much more flexible reporting of our organization performance and would enable a consistent user experience for our users using other Power BI dashboards.159Views2likes1CommentAspirational and Committed settings in Viva Goals
Hi all - on the OKR & Initiatives tab of the Admin dashboard, there used to be settings where you could adjust the status assignments for different numerical thresholds for Aspirational and Committed OKRs. These seem to have disappeared. Does anyone know how to access these settings now? (As of 01/30/24.) I have a colleague who is looking to start using Viva Goals. I am in the process of buying him a new Viva Suite license. In the interim, he is trying to start his free 60-day trial of the service, but is getting an error message that the system will not assign him a trial license. The error message just reads "We couldn't acquire a trial license. Please try again in a little while." Please see attached screenshot. Can anybody help resolve this issue? Thank you!Solved423Views0likes2CommentsOKR Details on Dashboard not showing Check-in
Hey there: Wondering whether anyone else has seen this issue or whether I'm doing something wrong here. I have an OKR dashboard set up with OKR Details as a widget. When there are no check-ins, the panel looks fine: But when a check-in is added, I get an infinite loading screen: If I add anything more than Test, it will always fail. When I add "test" as the text for a single check-in, it will show up about 25% of the time.435Views0likes1Comment
