16 TopicsAble to book but with "This person isn't available on this date. [..]" message
Hi All, I was able to select a date and book a schedule, but the message- "This person isn't available on this date. Please choose another date or person." appears most of the time. This has caused some confusion to my users and I hope to resolve it. I have tried adjusting the timezone/ business hours but the message still appears. Appreciate any guidance. Dear community As shown in the screenshot below, the select staff (optional) gets displayed when the page is loaded, even though I turned off that option everywhere. After selecting/deselecting a service, the select staff (optional) disappears (expected/correct behavior). Additionally, this wrong/unexpected initial display is not encountered when selecting the classic page template instead of the new page template. => I suspect this is an initialization bug in the new page template only. Can anyone reproduce & confirm this behavior? PS: This is probably related.1KViews0likes2CommentsMS Booking changing the language of the reservation page
Hello, I need to publish my reservation page in different languages. Some of my customers are german, others are french. I can define the main language of my page in french or in german. I need a reservation page that can be displayed in french or in german (the user should be able to choose it's language). How can I set this? Thanks for your help. Hello! Up until yesterday, my bookings app was working seamlessly with my Outlook calendar and Teams. Overnight that has changed, and now if you click on my link and select a service, the full month of December is grey. I've tried a variety of things (such as making sure Staff settings align with Business settings which align with services). That said, I'm open to any suggestions because now that I've used it for 3 months I want to continue doing so. I've even tried to make sure my permissions are correct in Outlook 365 Calendar. Here is a screen shot of what the month of December currently looks like yet when I'm in the bookings calendar it shows my availability. Appreciate any help any of you can provide! Thank you so much! - Becky3.9KViews0likes3CommentsAvailable timeslots randomly change
Hi, I recently set up a bookable service with a 1:10 attendee scheme. The time increments for the bookable slots are 30 minutes starting at 17:00 (UTC+01:00) time with a duration of 10 minutes. Upon setting up the slots showed correctly as follows: 17:00, 17:30, 18:00, 18:30. However, when the first slot at 17:00 was completely booked by 10 customers the service now shows different slots: 17:10, 17:40, 18:10, 18:40. This is not what I wanted since it opens up new slots which are each bookable by 10 further customers. I expect the timeslot at 17:00 to simply disappear. Here are my configurations: Region and time zone settings selected as "always show time slots in business time zone" Time increments: 30 minutes Duration: 10 minutes No buffer time Default scheduling policy: deactivated Thank You701Views1like0CommentsEmails for Group Bookings saying 'Hi Group Booking,' instead of inserting attendees names
Has anyone else noticed the Reminder and Follow Up emails that go out for Group bookings have 'Hi Group Booking' Instead of being personalised to the user or Staff members name? (Pictured Below) A small thing I know but it's one of many small things that make Bookings unprofessional to use. I'm using bookings for internal L&D bookings. In a fast pace business and email not specific to the persons name will easily be missed/deleted as 'junk' by people trying to clear down their inbox. Anyone have any guidance on this - is there a setting to switch ? Or Pernille-Eskebo can this be something that's looked into! Thanks, Jess1.7KViews1like1CommentBooking Service offerings
I know that bookings allow me to set the availability of staff to certain times and days, but is it possible to set specific days and times for the services your offer, for example, Piano Lessons only available on Monday Banjo only on Tuesday Dance on Friday Etc. I created a service for a specific date, and everything works well except for the timing to book the slot. I've set the availability to custom hours, from 10pm - 6am, but upon trying to book the service using the link, it shows a completely different timing. I've also changed the region and language to the correct zone as well but nothing has changed in the booking.
