Hey guys, Is there a Group Policy available to change the multi display setting of Office 365? Unfortunately I did not found any until now. The related registry entry is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\[Outlook|Excel|PowerPoint|...]\Options\RenderForMonitorDpi (0=optimize for compatibilty, 1=optimize for best appearance). Are there any Microsoft or blogs links that might explain the differences or limitations between these two versions? The reason I am asking is we are having lots of issues with cached credentials (control panel - credentials manager) after an end user reset their passwords. I am seeking any information if using the Office 365 pro plus (C2R) would make any difference to this current issue. The Office 365 user is licensed but it never works.
Hi, this is the 3rd time this year I have experienced this issue for different users in our organization. Here is my last post on the same issue: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Office-365/Office-2016-is-connected-with-my-Office-365-credentials-but-not/m-p/210553#M14097 Office 2016 will randomly deactivate itself and once that happens there seems to be no other solution than to create a brand new Windows user account on the local machine. The user is licensed and signed in but Office 2016 believes that the product is not activated. Here are a few screenshots (sorry for the french): This is incredibly frustrating and I have no idea what causes this issue. I had to create a brand new Windows user to fix this issue. This is a very cumbersome workaround. Microsoft has no explanation other than ''it is a corrupt Windows profile''. I am not on a domain I have tried clearing the credentials I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling I have tried using SARA Has anyone else experience this issue? Thanks.10KViews0likes6Comments
