Hello...I have a user using OWA (University - Microsoft 365 A5 license) who is experiencing a new scenario/error msg., when initiating the "upload and share" option to share a locally stored file as an email attachment (gets uploaded by default to their OneDrive Attachments folder) when sending OWA email messages to colleagues. The email will send with the attachment icon/link, but recipients don't have access to it and have to choose the "request access" option, where then the user/sender can approve the request for access. The error msg., is "you don't have permission to give others access to file X" and the filename that is uploaded has red text (normally it is blue). The users has tested this scenario on multiple computers w/ multiple browsers, and changed the upload OneDrive folder location, with the same result. I can initiate the same scenario on the same computers, browsers, and files, while signed onto my OWA account w/ out issue. The user's Mailbox has a small quota size and their OneDrive account does as well. This started about two weeks ago, though as far as I know, no University Enterprise changes were made to the users account. Not sure what to look at for a solution so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!Solved161Views0likes1CommentOWA - Users cannot search
Good Morning, This is my first ever post in community. Hope all are well. I have a couple of users that search function in OWA, has stopped working. If they use the search box at top of OWA. No search results are displayed, regardless of the search target is changed to inbox or any other option in the search target in the box infront of search field? If I open another mailbox via OWA and open both users mailboxes. I can search the Users mailboxes without issue. Can anyone please advise if there is a know fix or fixes to try? I need to get this issue resolved asap as users escalated tickets in ServiceNow via help desk! Any help much appreciated. Many thanks Blitz1.6KViews0likes3CommentsIntroducing Follow in inbox and other improvements for managing group emails in Outlook
The latest set of for Groups in Outlook introduces new ways to manage the group emails you receive in your inbox. These updates are, in large part, based on customer feedback about the Groups subscription model. That model has now been replaced with Follow in inbox.72KViews9likes13CommentsOWA is not working on different browsers
Hi there, I read the related posts, rebooted the machine couple of times and follow the guides. I noticed my OWA is not reachable in the last hour not on Firefox, neither on Chrome nor Edge but Outlook thick application on desktop works fine. Also other office365 products are working fine. No changes has been made on MS IP whitelisting, firewall or other network devices. Any insight on this? much appreciated. cId: 6B2A0AE3D4B54786A1FB76FCA8FD36D3 app: Mail st: undefined reqid: undefined wsver: undefined efe: undefined ebe: undefined et: ClientError esrc: Script err: Error: Failed to load LazyModule estack: Error: Failed to load LazyModule at e.<anonymous> (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:350:7493) at https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:2574 at Object.next (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:2679) at https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:1616 at new Promise (<anonymous>) at l (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:1361) at e.onLoadFailed (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:350:7164) at e.<anonymous> (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:350:6186) at https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:2574 at Object.throw (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45- ts: 2020-07-13 20:31:20Z {This is an update - after I published this post. Hi Everyone, I just want to seek assistance and guidance on how to properly do Email Forwarding to Multiple Recipients in Outlook. We have subscribed to an Exchange Online Plan, and we access our emails via the Outlook OWA. We have one generic mailbox that we use for general inquiries, this mailbox will store a copy of the messages and forward the email messages to multiple recipients. I tried doing in on the Admin Center - but it only allows to forward to one (1) recipient. I tried Options>Mail>Accounts>Forwarding> - only allows one (1) recipient. I have read somewhere that you can do this on the Inbox and Sweep Rules, so I added a rule forwarding all messages to two(2) email address in the same domain, but it does not work. So far the only way I was able to accomplish this is by adding a Distribution List in the Groups, add the recipients, and set the DL address on the Forwarding (Options>Mail>Accounts>Forwarding>). Thank you in advance. Ice3.5KViews0likes4CommentsFindTime not working.showing when sent from Outlook 2016 to user within same org viewing from OWA

I've created a Shared Calender and shared it with a friend. Working fine until recently (I suspect an update from Windows Phone 8.1 to 10). Now when I check my calendar online (owa, so not in any client) all appointments are fine. The "all day" events show up as one day. As expected. However, when my friend opens the same calendar (also online, owa). The "all day" events show up as two day events?????? We are in the same timezone and we checked the calendar settings online (owa). The seem to be te same. What can be the problem here? Thanks, MikeSolved8.8KViews0likes5Comments
