OWA

Hi, I have an odd issue with Outlook client connecting to Office 365. On setup of the client I've selected that all mail be cached on the PC. The sync happens and I can see the OST file is over 1.7Gb in size. However from the client all the folders appear empty (Inbox is the only folder with email showing). I've switched the view of the folders to show total number of items in folder and these confirm that there are mails in the folders, I just can't see them. The mail was imported via the Office 365 PST import process and the retention hold has been lifted. As part of the troubleshooting I've used both Office 2016 and Office 2013 and on a completely virgin PC to make sure there is nothing in the OS configuration causing an issue. I can see all mail from OWA. Stumped! Rob28KViews0likes2CommentsOutlook Error: The message can't be sent right now. Please try again later

In Outlook desktop I can use the Categories (colours and descriptions) and I can create "Smart Folders" that grouped messages for category. In OWA I can assign a category, I can manage the categories, BUT I can't find how I can see messages grouped for categories. Someone can explain me? I've created a Shared Calender and shared it with a friend. Working fine until recently (I suspect an update from Windows Phone 8.1 to 10). Now when I check my calendar online (owa, so not in any client) all appointments are fine. The "all day" events show up as one day. As expected. However, when my friend opens the same calendar (also online, owa). The "all day" events show up as two day events?????? We are in the same timezone and we checked the calendar settings online (owa). The seem to be te same. What can be the problem here? Thanks, MikeSolved8.8KViews0likes5CommentsSuggested Meetings Add In not functioning
Does the Suggested Meeting add-in work for anyone? In my O365 Outlook settings page, I have enabled the Suggested Meeting add-in but it does not do anything when an email arrives with a time and date. The Action Items add-in does work as expected. The instructions at https://support.office.com/en-US/article/Using-Add-ins-in-Outlook-on-the-web-8f2ce816-5df4-44a5-958c-f7f9d6dabdce describe what should be happening, but nothing does. How can I get this working?7.2KViews0likes0CommentsOutlook Web Access - Drag & drop of mail attachments or mails to SP site
We've created for several SP sites a Site Mail box object. In the full Outlook client and in the OWA version we can see the SP sites with the Inbox folder and the document libraries that are available within the SP site. With the full Outlook client we can drag/drop mails & mail attachments to the document libraries and their folders. However with the OWA client (using MSIE11 or Google Chrome) the drag & drop is not working as expected. The mails & mail attachments are not moved to the corresponding SP site. What are we missing?6.1KViews0likes2CommentsOutlook 2016 not opening Office 365 shared mailbox (as additional account) but OWA does
Hi, When I try to add a shared mailbox (created directly on O365) to my outlook account I get the following error "An encrypted connection to your mail server is unavailable" But, if I open the shared mailbox in OWA it will work. Also, when I use the "Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistan for Office 365" the first error I receive is "We couldn't find any SCP urls"4.6KViews0likes3CommentsOutlook OWA Inbox and Sweep Rules Email Forwarding Fails
Hi Everyone, I just want to seek assistance and guidance on how to properly do Email Forwarding to Multiple Recipients in Outlook. We have subscribed to an Exchange Online Plan, and we access our emails via the Outlook OWA. We have one generic mailbox that we use for general inquiries, this mailbox will store a copy of the messages and forward the email messages to multiple recipients. I tried doing in on the Admin Center - but it only allows to forward to one (1) recipient. I tried Options>Mail>Accounts>Forwarding> - only allows one (1) recipient. I have read somewhere that you can do this on the Inbox and Sweep Rules, so I added a rule forwarding all messages to two(2) email address in the same domain, but it does not work. So far the only way I was able to accomplish this is by adding a Distribution List in the Groups, add the recipients, and set the DL address on the Forwarding (Options>Mail>Accounts>Forwarding>). Thank you in advance. Ice3.5KViews0likes4CommentsOWA is not working on different browsers
Hi there, I read the related posts, rebooted the machine couple of times and follow the guides. I noticed my OWA is not reachable in the last hour not on Firefox, neither on Chrome nor Edge but Outlook thick application on desktop works fine. Also other office365 products are working fine. No changes has been made on MS IP whitelisting, firewall or other network devices. Any insight on this? much appreciated. cId: 6B2A0AE3D4B54786A1FB76FCA8FD36D3 app: Mail st: undefined reqid: undefined wsver: undefined efe: undefined ebe: undefined et: ClientError esrc: Script err: Error: Failed to load LazyModule estack: Error: Failed to load LazyModule at e.<anonymous> (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:350:7493) at https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:2574 at Object.next (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:2679) at https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:1616 at new Promise (<anonymous>) at l (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:1361) at e.onLoadFailed (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:350:7164) at e.<anonymous> (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:350:6186) at https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45-40ed-8bf0-b2b4175ccf36:343:2574 at Object.throw (https://outlook.office.com/mail/?bO=1&sessionId=5b7f027b-8a45- ts: 2020-07-13 20:31:20Z {This is an update - after I published this post.
