Hotmail - email access denied
I’m unable to open my hotmail, first account. I used to travel a lot so one day Microsoft just showed a message that I need to verify my Identity, but my back up email is the same account I’m trying to log in. I complete the report several times providing all the information to prove I’m the real user of the account, once I submit the report, I received a email rejecting my application automatically. please help.
