Proposal: change the fonts on the emails
Hi there, Has anybody else shared feedback about the notification emails you are sending to us, when something happening to the thread we are following? When I'm receiving the notification it looks like following: As you can see, I do not see the message even on the first view. The size of the font in the first subject is 24px, next 18px, and then later the font on the message itself is 10px. The first proposal is to drop the font size from 24 >> 16 and 18 >> 12. You could also ask, if the first subject is even needed as it is on the "subject of the email", but also later on the body the subject is mentioned. Could it be so, that you have that picture, but lower and wider? And it is still looks good.
Notifications not working
No one in our office receives notifications for messages in our team channel even when mentioned. No banner, sound or anything. I've checked multiple times that all notifications are set properly I'm at a loss. The one thing that does happen is the task bar icon in the bottom right hand corner goes from green to red.Notification toast broken
For the past few days I've been seeing this (note the first two entries): When I click on the See All Notifications link, I get a "proper" view... but it looks like it does not show notifications for thread replies, just blogs. And I know there are some replies received, as I can see them in the actual threads. Just reporting it in case it's not a known issue 🙂
Planner Tasks from Project for the web installed in another environment
Hello, We have a Project for the Web (planner Premium) instance running in a different environment. This environment is for our IT projects. Unfortunately, the tasks assigned there are not displayed in the Planner app in Teams. As it stands, only tasks created in the standard environment are synchronized.
