Stock images -- insert or change not working
We are a GCC cloud client. Starting Tuesday, we are no longer able to add images or change images while accessing from the Stock Images option. When we click stock images, the app sits and spins and then throws an error "Your search didn't match any content. Please try another term". Does matter what the term is, it doesn't resolve. Prior to this, when clicking stock images, the window would open with images where we could then filter, etc. Now nothing will show not matter what. I am a SharePoint admin, we have also tried with Site owners and on different browsers with cache cleared. We did submit a ticket with MS, but response has been slow. Hi SP Brain trust, We’re migrating a SharePoint 2019 on-prem farm (200+ sites) to SharePoint Online, which includes massive 100+ Nintex workflows heavily used across the business and we’re working within a tight timeline which makes it a massive challenge to go down the modernisation path. Has anyone migrated a large number of Nintex workflows (100+ ) from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online using 3rd party tooling? What approach or tools did you use, how much manual rework was involved, and what was your overall success rate and effort like? Thank you!
Organization Asset Libraries not filtering in PowerPoint Brand Images
Hi, I have set up three Organization Asset Libraries on the same SharePoint site using the `Set-SPOOrgAssetsLibrary` PowerShell cmdlet. All three are image libraries, each intended for a different language version of our company assets. When I go to PowerPoint → Insert → Pictures → Brand Images, I can see a dropdown that allows me to switch between the libraries. However, regardless of which library I select, all images from all three libraries are displayed at the same time. My questions: 1. Is this expected behavior (by design), or is it a bug? 2. If by design — what is the actual purpose of the library switcher dropdown if it doesn't filter the content? Any insight or official documentation reference would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
SharePoint Online List: Filtered List View Not Refreshing After Change
Before recently, any time a change was made to a list row column that a view filter was based on, the items in view would automatically refresh to show the changes. Now the list view doesn't update unless the user refreshes the page in their browser. This is a consistent issue across all lists in the tenant. Our organization has SharePoint lists with a 'Status' column that impacts what items are shown in a view and its hurting productivity when these views aren't updating with new items unless the page is manually refreshed. Desperate for Help: Access Issues with Draft Site on SharePoint

I have been working hard on a site in SharePoint, using Microsoft 365 for Business, which is currently in draft mode, and to my frustration, I can no longer access it. After months of dedication and effort, I feel completely powerless in this situation. When I try to click on the site link, I am redirected to a different page, and to make matters worse, an irrelevant file starts downloading automatically. This is extremely frustrating for me, as the site was almost ready to be launched, and now it feels like all my work is at stake. Here are the details of the situation: - Site Link: Accessing the link I used previously simply doesn’t work anymore. - Redirection: When I click, I’m taken to a completely different page. - Automatic Download: A file unrelated to the site is being downloaded to my computer. - Site Status: Everything was finalized and ready for publication, but now I feel out of options. SharePoint Template Gallery
Hey everyone, I'm running into an issue with the new SharePoint site page template gallery. Some of my templates are showing up consistently, while others appear intermittently — even though all the metadata is identical across them. I've been troubleshooting but can't pinpoint what's causing the inconsistency. For context: I have over 100 templates in the gallery. A template I just created is displaying fine, but one I made last week isn't showing up at all, so I don't think it's a template count issue. Any insights would be really appreciated!
