The action for Microsoft Forms is limited to the Q and A results. It needs to mimic and include the data columns created when "Export to Excel" link is used in the survey or quiz. Especially in the quiz, the additional fields pertaining to submitter info and Total Points is a must. I am completely crippled by the action only containing the test question data elements. Does anyone else agree?Single form to multiple lists in sharepoint
I want several Sharepoints lists to be filled in from one form, depending on the answer in a question. I recently used Microsoft Forms for the first time. It is a fairly extensive questionnaire with 90 questions. At the beginning of the questionnaire there is a list of choices to which the other questions depend. The choice made there ensures that many questions are skipped and only the relevant questions for that choice can be filled in. There are, on average, 10 questions per choice, so it skip around 80 questions. Example: -Question 1 (list of choices) - Option 1 - Option 2 - Option 3 - etc. -Question 2 -Question 3 -Question 4 -Question 1 (list of choices) - Option 1 - Option 2 - Option 3 -Question 2 -Question 3 -Question 4 Now I have the problem that when I send the results with a flow to a SharePoint list, I get a unclear list with all results with a lot of white fields since these questions have been skipped when filling in. My wish is that several Sharepoint lists are filled in using microsoft flow, depending on the choice made in the first question. So separate Sharepoint lists of option 1, option 2, option 3 etc. Is this possible? Thanks in advanceSolvedReceive Alert When Form is Edited
Is there a way to receive an alert when others members of a team make a significant edit to a Microsoft Form? Changes to Forms can inadvertently disrupt or completely break connected Power Automations. I don't see a way of using Power Automate to send an alert for changes made to the Form itself.SolvedReplace accented characters
Hi everyone, Throughout Microsoft Forms, I extract informations and use them in Flow. My problem now is to replace all accented characters and spaces from each field. I tried to use "Replace" and "CreateArray" expressions but get stocked. Do you have any idea how to do it? Thanks for your helpMicrosoft Forms -> Upload File -> Add to folder in SharePoint
Hi folks, I'm working with a workflow whereby someone completes a Microsoft Form, including uploading a file, which then creates a task in Planner (fine), emails some notifications (fine), and adds the uploaded file to a specific folder in SharePoint. That's where my issue is. I thought I had it down, but it's not adding the uploaded file to SharePoint, just a useless null doc. Any tips here would be massively helpful. Notes: I'm not wanting to add the uploaded file to a list in SharePoint per se, but to an existing document repo. Why it shows my email address under FROM email even someone else has submitted this below request
Hi, I am trying to build an internal ticketing system via Mircosoft Forms to Email/Teams and I am utilizing Power Automate to build a flow but whenever someone else has submitted a request then it shows my email address under FROM when I receive the email into the group email. Please advise how do I authenticate other internal emails and have them available as FROM email instead of mine only? Please advise on this. Thanks KaushalLandscape mode in Microsoft Forms
Hi sorry if this is in the wrong category. My discussion is regarding Microsoft Forms. I'm busy reacreating all our legacy forms on SharePoint using MS Forms and Flow. (As SPD and InfoPath is no more)Basically, I want to know how I can make my form appear in landscape mode as opposed to the default Portrait mode. We have some complex CAB forms that have like 30+ fields, if these were all to be filled out in landscape mode, it will make for an awful experience so it would be best to have this in landscape mode and not portrait. How can this be achieved without involving reinventing the wheel? (ie PowerApps) Thanks for reading StevenSolvedFilling SharePoint List Image Column Type with Attachments to Microsoft Forms Using Microsoft Flow
We have Microsoft Form which my company uses to collect the information of company employees during onboarding. We use that form to populate a SharePoint List/Microsoft List. However, when we use the 'Create Item' action, the Image Type columns are absent. We have been using a workaround so far by using the 'Hyperlink or Picture' column type and tricking the system a little. It works well in the online version of Lists. However, the lists that appear in the Microsoft Teams do not show the image. Instead, they only show the URL. Therefore, we would now like to avoid these workarounds and use the Image Column type directly for this purpose. I know there are certain constructs using the "Send HTTP Request to SharePoint" Action to achieve this. However, the only tutorials I have come across explain how to achieve this with an input from PowerApps and none of them being an input from Microsoft Forms.Create workflow to convert Forms responses to PDF or Word doc then send as email attachment
I would like to create the following workflow: 1. When a response in MS Forms is received 2. Collect response details 3. Turn response details into Word or PDF file 4. Send file in an email as an attachment Has anyone had success building this type of workflow?Mark Forms complete or in-review using Flow
Does anyone know of a way to add a Complete/In-Review step to Forms? For example, we would like to have a form for Service Requests. Once the Request is submitted by the employee, we would like to ability to mark the form, as well asnotify the employee, whenthe Request is in review, and then when it is complete. I am wondering if Flow would be helpful in this situation?
