Attendance tab not showing for co-organisers for Webinars
When setting up some recent webinars that are open to the public, we have added a number of co-organisers across our organisation to allow them to check who's registered and keep tabs on registration numbers for each webinar. This used to be visible in Teams on the webinar menu bar for easy access to everyone. But despite checking the settings in meeting options and ensuring that 'Allow attendance report' is selected as 'Yes,' only the main webinar organiser can see this attendance report tab? Any suggestions?
MS Teams Webinar
We shall be using a MS Teams webinar for approximately 2000 people internal to our organization. And would like confirmation about the following, 1. Will it allow people to join in without any registration (as they are all internal attendees) and can bypass the lobby, so they simply come into the webinar when they click the webinar link? 2. Will it allow 2000 people to join in - in mute mode where only the presenters can talk and present and the attendees are always muted but can put in chat messages?
Using Microsoft Teams Rooms for Multi- Disciplinary Clinical (MDM) meetings
Hey. I was wanting to find out a bit more about the potential of using MS Teams to host MDM meetings. We host a number of these meetings, these are case conference meetings where patients are discussed with the clinicians from our hospital and other clinicians from other hospitals. At these some of these meetings there is a requirement to be able to share 2 desktop screen images with people joining the meeting, to show things like a comparison between different CT scans, see example image below at end . We have wanted to simplify things and look at these rooms set up as room where clinicans can come into the room and join a meeting (i.e. room is set up as a Teams room). We have been able to test and do this with a Zoom Room, configured with the ability to share content from multiple screens using the room control chat panel and to share both at HD(1080p). Can this be done in teams today? If not is it on the roadmap for development? If so are there any resource around how to set this up and make it work.
