Good day, I have just finished setting up our Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub500. Creating the room and users account as per MS instructions is all done and Teams Room is logged in. I can start a new meeting and project but no meetings are showing up. At the top it says "Cannot Fetch Calendar". What are we doing wrong? Thanks.136KViews0likes46CommentsMFA issue when moving users
H All. I'm having a real issue with MFA when it comes to moving a clients users from On-Premise to Online. The admin account i am using is MFA enabled and this cannot be disabled. I am getting really frustrated with having to authorize the login for the account every time ( or so it seems ) a user is moved. I am using a csv file so importing and then running the Move-csuser command in powershell. Is there a single command to stop this from happening or to force O365 to accept the fist time authorization...1.2KViews0likes1CommentWAP as reverse proxy for SFB 2019 without ADFS
Hello Team, I am to deploy Web application proxy as reverse proxy for SFB 2019 but we don't have any plans to deploy ADFS. In all the tutorials i came across they talk about using ADFS proxy as reverse proxy for skype for business. Is ADFS a requirement to deploy WAP for SFB ? can you please point me to some documentation that i can follow ? Thanks7.2KViews0likes2CommentsSkype for Business Server 2015 - Web App Error
Hello, The following diagram is essentially the design of our SfB 2015 deployment. The only major difference is that FE 2 is at a field site connected to the head office via an IPSEC VPN. Is connection to the HTTP RP, the Edge and the FE 1 server is across that VPN. We have a user that resides on FE Server 2. When he send out meeting requests to external (to the organization) users and they try to connect to the meeting using the Web App, we get the following error. I have tried to validate that everything from the external web proxy is correct and as far as I can tell it is. I have already run the installer on the FE hoping that would solve the issue but not a chance. At this point I am not sure where to turn. Any users that are on FE1 that do the same thing, that process works 100%. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks Dale877Views0likes0CommentsSkype for Business Server 2015 Web App Error

I have been searching for a solution to transfer/forward the video call to another person when a desired person is not available. This would be very useful for Deaf callers. I can't find a solution from Microsoft Skype for business. Your help and ideas are much appreciated.1.4KViews0likes2CommentsBroadcast Meeting requires Basic version but machine won't release/downgrade from SFB 2016
We have an urgent need to use Skype Broadcast Meetings and during testing, we get an error indicating the "version of Skype" cannot be used with Broadcast. Research shows we need to use "Skype for Business Basic 2016" - great, no problem, right? BTW, Windows 10 version 1909 and we keep things well patched. We have O365 Licenses and both Teams and Skype for Business 2016 was previously loaded on this computer. Also Office Professional 2013 and 2016 were previously loaded. I have uninstalled EVERYTHING related to Office, Teams and Skype on this computer. I go into the portal and select "Skype for Business Basic" and install it; however, the application that loads when we open the Broadcast link, continues to be "Skype for Business 2016" and continues to be the "not supported" version for Broadcast. I have downloaded the "retail" free version, same result. I have downloaded from a MS article link, same result. I have tried using both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions (from both places), same result. It is like the machine is possessed! The control panel programs shows that it is "Skype for Business Basic 2016" but every time what opens is the non-functional "Skype for Business 2016" app. Despite numerous uninstalls and restarts, it refuses to leave the "Basic" version with the required functionality. I found a "lync" app profile and deleted it, same result. I found app data folders labeled "skype" and deleted those, same result. I am at my wits end and need this functional ASAP.... Can anyone explain this? What can I do to get the supported version on this computer??? I submitted a support ticket online for help over 6 hours ago and have yet to get a response from Microsoft. I am hoping someone out there can provide a clue or have an answer sooner than that 🙂 I posted in the "answers" community and was referred here. Thanks for your help!607Views0likes0CommentsYealink t55 skype config
Hi All. I hope someone can assist. A client has bought T55's for use with Skype but their calendars are apparently 1 day behind. the phones have had the latest firmware installed and all config seems ok. Calls are flowing without issue. Does anyone have any experience with these devices or can anyone make any suggestions that may have an effect in this instance. NTP has been checked on the device GUI.807Views0likes0CommentsTrouble logging into SfB w/Logitech SmartDock
'We can't sign you in because the server couldn't be reached or the server version is incompatible with the device.' This gives me very little information to look into. The logs are just as unhelpful. The account is setup in Exchange and SfB with an appropriate license. Get-CSMeetingRoom returns the account.12KViews0likes10Comments
