I am sending an email from my individual account to a distribution list of over 500 people. The Viva insights tab initial shows that the open rate will be available after 30 minutes. I have reviewed the help article,https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/use/use-insights, to ensure that the sent message does not violate the needed requirements for Insights to work. Email was NOT sent from a shared mailbox Email was NOT sent more than 14 days ago. The total number of recipients (the sum of all of the recipients in the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: fields) is NOT less than five. Email NOT sent to modern groups.
