Is there a way in MS Teams to change or 'try on' different backgrounds before or without starting a new meeting? I have been able to upload backgrounds and test them during conference calls, but have not been able to view them outside of meetings.Solved1.1MViews13likes41CommentsTeams Phone System receiving calls
Hi, A couple of questions.. A user requires a Phone System license to allow them pickup a PSTN call transferred to them i.e. receptionist receives then transfers the call, true/false? Does a user with Phone System license have a DDI or extension to allow PSTN calls be transferred to them? Can a Phone System user receive external PSTN calls direct or do they need to have a calling plan? Does the user require a Phone System license and calling plan to receive a DDI or is it possible with just a Phone System license Thanks P7.7KViews3likes7CommentsMicrosoft Lists Release

I am new to Microsoft 365. A few weeks ago I started studying for MS-900, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. I opened my mouth today at work and now I have an assignment. I look forward to it, but I am not sure how to get started. I work for a large school district. For the past 18 months, we have totally embraced G Suite. My boss told us today that down the road the district plans on using Office 365 as well. I emailed him back and told him what test I am preparing for and what a coincidence it is that we are moving toward Office 365. He says to me, "When you are ready, at one of our Tech Support team meetings, I will give you 20 minutes and I want you to teach an advanced feature of 365." We are a team of about 30 Technology Support Technicians that support various schools in our cluster. My first thought was Teams since he created a Team today and added all of his techs. I do not know where to start. I would appreciate any guidance. Thanks.Solved1.2KViews2likes2CommentsCan an admin pin an app in Teams for all users?
Hello, we have built a PowerApp that is currently a tab in one of our Teams' Channels. Is it possible to pin this as an app on the left nav of Teams like Smartsheet is here? If so, is it possible, as an admin, to pin this for all users in our Org at once? Thank you in advance, MorghanSolved13KViews2likes16CommentsEditing a shared document in Teams
I have a shared in Teams, but when I go to open the document using "Open in Desktop" it only provides me a "read only" and will not allow me to edit. Previously I was able to edit a document when in Teams or using the desktop version. Now whether it is a Word or PowerPoint document, I am only able to edit in Teams. Has anyone else came across this issue? If, Yes, how did you correct the issue?Solved1.8KViews2likes2CommentsMigrate phones to the cloud with Microsoft Teams and Business Voice
