Teams Phone System receiving calls
Hi, A couple of questions.. A user requires a Phone System license to allow them pickup a PSTN call transferred to them i.e. receptionist receives then transfers the call, true/false? Does a user with Phone System license have a DDI or extension to allow PSTN calls be transferred to them? Can a Phone System user receive external PSTN calls direct or do they need to have a calling plan? Does the user require a Phone System license and calling plan to receive a DDI or is it possible with just a Phone System license Thanks PMicrosoft Lists Release

You will need to be in First Release mode for this to work however. Can an admin pin an app in Teams for all users?
Hello, we have built a PowerApp that is currently a tab in one of our Teams' Channels. Is it possible to pin this as an app on the left nav of Teams like Smartsheet is here? If so, is it possible, as an admin, to pin this for all users in our Org at once? Thank you in advance, Morghan

Hi All, I am using the below to enable recordings to be saved in onedrive: Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity Global -RecordingStorageMode “OneDriveForBusiness” BUT I do not want to enable cloud recording for all users and was wondering if I can enable recording to be saved in onedrive for a specific users/policy I have created rather than putting global I have tried Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity "policyname" -RecordingStorageMode “OneDriveForBusiness” But I get the following error Please help!
