Copilot for Sales Outlook and Teams will not sign-on - not allow creation of a Trial environment
The problem is we can't get this working to begin with. I followed all the steps suggested in the MS documentation the app is deployed in Outlook/Teams, Copilot for Sales licensed is assigned, Power Platform trial environment is enabled and no DLP blocks configured for the Copilot for Sales apps, our Salesforce CRM connected app is approved for Power Platform and the test users are system administrators. After all that, we're still getting the errors below. Error from Outlook client and Teams client The licenses assigned to this user do not allow creation of a Trial environment. Create a Production environment to continue or contact your administrator for further instructions. Error from web browser

Hello everyone, I've been striving to implement Copilot for Sales within our sales team. However, it has come to my attention that the current opportunities we're encountering mainly involve renewals. We're exploring the possibility of integrating Copilot for Sales directly into Outlook to address this. Additionally, our Salesforce platform has customizations, including a parent-child relationship setup, which we're keen to leverage. We're seeking guidance on how to achieve this effectively. I've attached a screenshot of the opportunity creation process for reference. I've searched extensively online but haven't found relevant information. Sales Copilot vs. Microsoft Copilot
Dear all, I'm new in the journey of A.I. knowledge and have some doubts: 1. When I buy a license of Microsoft Copilot, the Sales Copilot "feature" is included or do I need to buy two different licences/products? 2. Do I need to use Dynamics 365 or Salesforce to have the Sales Copilot? I use another CRM that have an API, is it possible to make Sales Copilot and my CRM work together? 3. Hey friends and esteemed colleagues, Recently came across the January '24 CSP/NCE price list and noticed that Sales Copilot isn't there. Also noticed that I can't find it for manual purchase under M365 Admin in a tenant of mine. The SKU was definitely in the December '23 price list.
