I'm attempting to do a bulk upload and update our employee IDs, because we got a new HRIS system, so I want everyone's new ID to be reflected. WE have a large org (20,000+ employees) and when I the bulk update, I get 1,000+ errors. All are the "DUPLICATE_ID" code, and it looks like because someone's new ID is the same as someone's old ID... is there an easy way to fix these in bulk without manually fixing all 1,000+ one by one?Impact of having detailed numeric survey data in Glint
Hi everyone, I oversee the HR Analytics team at my company, and we’re evaluating a potential change to our Glint employee experience survey. Specifically, we’re considering giving two members of my team access to detailed numeric data at the individual level to support more advanced lifecycle analyses. Importantly, this access would not include any comment data - only numeric responses. Has anyone else made this adjustment? Hello! I’m not sure if this is the right forum for my question—please let me know if I should post elsewhere. I’m interested in learning how other Viva Glint customers handle sharing survey results within their organizations. Specifically, does anyone provide access to results directly to broader groups, rather than using a cascading process (from C-suite to VPs and then to Managers)? Currently, our process takes 4-6 weeks, as results are cascaded down each management level. I’d love to hear about other approaches—how do you share results? What are the benefits and drawbacks of bypassing the traditional cascading method?Timezone error when uploading People data
Does anyone else get this error "The following attribute/attributes 'timezone' are in file but is not configured in Glint. If this is a new attribute, use the self-serve feature in Glint by navigating to Settings -> Configure -> People and add new attributes or email support." We do not have a field called Timezone in our file. Would appreciate any advice on resolving the issue.Active employees import problem

Hi! We are hoping to import 2 batches of historical data for an upcoming survey and we are not too sure how can this happen. I have seen the article on historical import but it does not seem to talk about the feasibility of 2 historical imports. I am wondering if there is any resources that can help answer our question?
