Drivers
2 TopicsNeed to update graphics drivers
Hi, when I open the Mixed Reality Link app I tend (explained later) to get the following message. I have a laptop Acer Aspire 3 A315-57G (bought in 2021), with integrated Intel Iris plus GPU + Nvidia MX330. Yesterday I tried few things. First, I updated the graphics drivers from the Acer website, but nothing changed. Then, I reinstalled the graphics drivers from the Intel website (from my understanding the same I already had) and the error disappeared. Hence, I managed to connect the Quest 3 and everything was running smooth. However, today I got again the same error and cannot connect. I didn't try reinstalling again the drivers, but I can do it for testing if it can be useful. Could I try something else? I am not an expert but willing to learn new tricks. Or is it maybe related to the fact that I have old hardware and it is not supported? It really seems an error related to the Windows app, since when the error was gone everything run smoothly. Thank you in advance for any help.262Views0likes2CommentsDriver Signing changes in Windows 10, version 1607
