How to add a Distribution List to the Address Book for SharePoint Online?
Hi all, I'm having a rough time getting distribution lists to show up in the share menu for SharePoint Online. Before you ask, no, this is not a means of providing permissions. I'm fully aware this is not capable, and I've set up explicit permissions for the necessary users. We only need this as a means to broadcast updates as necessary to a bunch of people without typing 30 names each and every time. Consolidating it to one email makes things so much easier. Currently we're using M365 Admin Center to make these distributions lists, they are not on-prem. It appears that none of them are appearing. Is there a possibility to get this to sync so they become available?
Sending notifications to review documents
Hi We're setting up a pretty basic Sharepoint document library but the one function that I do need is to be able to have documents with a "Review Due Date" and have a notification sent to the owner of each document 30 days beforehand, 20 days, 10 days and then to show as an overdue task in red if the date doesn't change. We're using the Communications site as opposed to Team site as these documents will be the current versions available to staff. I've looked at flows but can't see one that will suit. I'm used to using Sharepoint with a Document Controller tab with built in approval workflows etc but this is way more basic than that. Thanks in advance
