MS Teams Android Attachments
On Android devices, users get a paperclip attachment button when conversing with a bot. However, the bot (ours is Azure/BotFramework) does not receive the attachment, just some corrupted attachment objects. I have seen a comment from Bill Bliss that non-image attachments are not supported for bots (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45059877/send-attachments-to-bot-in-teams) even though MS Teams on Android allows it, however, we have found that NO attachments of any kind work with between MS Teams and a bot. We have tried Desktop, web browser, Android and iOS versions. We logged an issue with the Bot Framework team (https://github.com/Microsoft/BotBuilder/issues/4466) but an answer in this issue (https://github.com/Microsoft/BotBuilder/issues/4282) seems to indicate that issue may be in Teams, not the Bot Framework. Is this an outstanding issue?
