Hyper-V hangs when deleting VM
I have Windows 10 Pro, build 19045. I am trying to delete a VM inside Hyper-V, but when I click on Delete, the computer hangs..continuous hourglass. Tried to close Hyper-V manager, but doesn't close. My only option is to do a hard shutdown of the computer. Any suggestions or solutions? Anyone else having similar issue?
Flow to delete a document added to a list and also from the document library it exists in
Hello, I've created an approval workflow where users can request a document be deleted by adding it to a certain list. The flow works, but only deletes the document from the list. I need it to be deleted from the library is resides in also. There are multiple libraries involved, so the flow needs to find which one it is in. Not sure what I need to add to my flow to accomplish this. Thank you for any support!
delete folders with over 700000 files
Hi Community, I recently started using onedrive to backup our projects. Unfortunately some of our cad software produced folders with over 700000 files in them. I found out that these backups are impossible to restore or work with, so we decided to delete the files and upload the project as an zip archive. Now it is impossible to delete the folders. I get throtteling errors when i try tot sync wit an external program (Syncback Pro). Just deleting them in the web interface results in an error message telling me there is a limitation: The attempted operation is prohibited because it exceeds the list view threshold enforced by the administrator Does anyone have an idea to solve tis problem? Remove deletion permission for certain users in cloud folders
Hi all, My company currently purchased OneDrive for Business license (plan 1) because we have the need to handle file containers in cloud. Our need is particular. We need to have one (or more users) able to upload files in this cloud container (a folder with subfolders too), but unable to delete even the files they uploaded. Read permission could be available for some of these users. Obviously we will have a "superuser" able to do everything on that container. I thought that OneDrive for Business could have a proper way to manage permissions, but I still didn't find this. IMHO the biggest problem is avoid deletion of files for the docs yet loaded by the user, because he is the owner of those docs. Do you have any idea how to approach this issue? Even if you think that OneDrive FB is not the right idea, feel free to propose alternatives. Thanks in advance for your support. Germano EDIT: important update - The company would prefer a solution in which the user with limited privileges (read folders content and upload new files, but neither editing nor deleting the uploaded files or the files yet on folders) can see the cloud folders in a filesystem view (typical Windows like) and using features like drag&drop file uploading, for example.
UNABLE TO DELETE FILES IN ONEDRIVE
HELLO, I am having a problem which is to delete files in OneDrive. I am using MacBook Air. The files consist of photos and videos. When I tried to move them into the bin and then asked me to put my password nonetheless it stated that the files are not permitted to be moved or deleted. Anyone can help with this?
