Hi all I am just wondering if there is anyone out there that has a good way to track when Intranet content needs to be updated or hasn't been updated in a while and should be checked. I have an intranet that has about 15 site collections and I am struggling with how to keep track of the changes that need to be made, have been made or need to be reviewed and I feel like I am not searching the right things because I can't find anything that is like what I am looking for. Ideally, I would love to have a list of all the pages and when they were last updated, who owns them, and have a flow that reminds people to update their page every quarter or something and also alerts me as the Intranet manager when things haven't been updated. Probably would also like a way for things to be added to this page list. Does anyone have any ideas?903Views0likes0CommentsCreating Image Maps or something similar
Anyone familiar with Image Map? I'm having this project of trying to create an image map of a real map location and then each zip code would have different link/page in that same image. I'm just curious if it's possible to do it here in SharePoint as I've seen people doing it but in HTML.2.3KViews0likes1CommentTargeting Outdated Content to Enhance Global Search Results
Given the accelerating content scale and decreasing attention span in the modern workplace, how do you keep your global search results fresh and relevant? How do you know which content is out of date? If I see something five or more years old, or happen to notice duplicate documents, I'll reach out to the subject matter expert. The name of the content owner is in the metadata, so I know exactly who to contact. Does anyone have any other suggestions?Solved2.7KViews0likes7CommentsSharePoint Online Content Type Template .xlsm
Hi Folks, Just wondering if anyone has tried to create a Content Type with a custom template of .xlsm? According to Microsoft an .xlsm file should open in EXCEL online with the Macros disabled. We have a requirement of a content type with a custom template with the file type of .xlsm and to open online so it autosaves back into the Doc Lib - when we click on new within the Doc Lib it automatically tries to open in the desktop app and says it cant find the file? Wondering if anyone has came across this before?2.3KViews0likes2Comments
